Casa De Paz is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom House with open floor plan that includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Super clean house with a fully equipped kitchen and lots of house amenities.We have security cameras located in front of garage and on side of house Used to protect our house and our guest, Nice Courtyard with a view of Palm Springs tramway mountains and a backyard with fruit trees to enjoy when in season. Night time is peaceful and relaxing for star gazing. We are a quiet community. You will have access to the 18 hole golf course.We are next to the country club where you will find a large community heated pool with 2 jacuzzi’s. We have new remodeled restrooms with showers and lockers available in the pool area. Beautiful Pickle ball and tennis courts are available also. You will find an outdoor fire pit and seating next to the pool area with beautiful views. The Restaurant/Bar provides entertainment such as karaoke, bingo, music available on certain days. Casa De Paz is just 20 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Palm Springs, casinos and premium outlets. Joshua national park is approximately 30 minutes away and Highly recommended for sightseeing and hikes.

Home away from home.

Quiet neighborhood right next to a golf course. Who could ask for anything better? House was perfect. It had all the amenities you would ever need.
