New to our rental program, this beachfront beauty at the Pelican Resort puts the beach just steps away, with several pools for everyone to enjoy. Choose from an indoor/outdoor pool, lap pool, gulf-front pool, hot tub, and even a beachside Tiki Bar serving food and cocktails. Feeling adventurous? Book a beach excursion right out front, or visit the cafĂ© for an afternoon snack. The resort also features a fitness center, steam room, and sauna for ultimate relaxation. Kids will love the arcade near the cafĂ© and the kiddie pools by the gas grill area—perfect for a laid-back BBQ night.

Our beach-inspired condo comfortably sleeps six, with two king beds, plush linens, and pillows designed for a restful night’s sleep. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and balcony access for those moments you want to unwind in private. The second bedroom has an additional twin bunk above the king bed, providing extra accommodations. And for added convenience, there’s a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer in the second bathroom.

The condo was very clean, loved the views, the master bedroom the mattress was very firm, so if you prefer a softer mattress this bed not for you. Just note the fridge door needs help shutting. But was very happy over all. The condo had everything you needed for cooking. Love the grounds and everyone was super nice. Loved the area close to everything you needed. Will be back again.

You are on your own.

The property looked like the listing photos. Upon arriving, our unit appeared clean. We got there around midnight. The kitchen stovetop was dirty, as well getting a coffee mug out of the cabinet with lipstick on it. One day there would be an issue with one of the pools, closing it down. Thus creating unbearable crowds at operational pools. And waiting for an elevator was a nightmare, considering they were not air-conditioned.

Perfect location!

This condo was perfect for us! Everything was clean and in good shape. We loved the easy access to the beach and the pools. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning watching the dolphins play in the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Family Stay/Location

The condo is exactly as pictured and is in a perfect location for a trip to Destin. The views are stunning and the amenities are perfect. We had 5 people in the condo, 3 teenagers and 2 parents. We had plenty of space to hang out when not on the beach. The pools, hot tub and private beach are right on site. I highly recommend this condo. Joe and Laura are great hosts. We'll be back

Nice but needs upgrades

It was a nice condo but the beds were not comfortable at all. They are old spring mattresses. I highly suggest replacing the mattresses and adding mattress pads. People come to Destin to relax from their busy lives not to sleep in discomfort. Also there is a cleaning fee in which it’s hardly a good clean. There is places of mold around the slider doors. Also the rules of cleaning up the sand but when we arrived there is already sand in the condo which means the floors were not cleaned. Also in the rules it says to not move furniture. But we had to move dressers and night stands to look for plugs to charge our phones and devices. We suggest adding usb port plugs for night stands and dressers. With all that the condo was laid out nice. The kitchen was nice. It was nice the condo had a washer and dryer.

This unit was absolutely perfect for our family! It had enough beds for a family of 5 without using the sleeper sofa. There was plenty of seating in the living room and on the balcony. It was was very clean and had everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen.

December celebrations in Destin

December Trip for early 3rd Birthday and Anniversary Celebration. Location was great. First December Trip to Destin, no crowds. Condo did have beach toys for our little ones. Washer and dryer in condo is always a must, it's nice to wash our beach towels and clothes before heading home. Outdoor Heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were nice because the weather was a little chilly. Grandkids loved the indoor pool also. I picked this because it was close to the beach so little ones didn't have far to walk. Thanks for sharing your condo with our family.

Overall this was a great condo. The only thing I would say is the beds were super uncomfortable and so hard and the couches in the condo were also uncomfortable. But everything else was great!
