Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit includes: ‱ Master bedroom with king size bed ‱ Two baths ‱ Built-in bunkbeds in alcove ‱ Fully equipped kitchen ‱ Granite countertop ‱ Tile and carpet flooring ‱ Living/dining area ‱ Queen sleeper sofa. Perfect beach

We really enjoyed our stay in 203. The only small complaint is that the bathrooms are a bit outdated but otherwise it is the perfect spot for a small family. There are all the necessary appliances, dishes, pots and pans but suggest you plan to grab additional toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. The balcony is the perfect spot to start and end the day. The beach is not overly crowded due to the limited number of guests compared to the larger complexes that are nearby. Great spot and we will be back!

What location is perfect on the beach only took two minutes to get to our beach. Chairs and umbrella. We couldn’t spend enough time on the beach. It was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway

My boyfriend and I rented this property for our first ever trip to Destin, Florida and we could not have been more pleased. As to the condo itself, it was exactly as photographed - very clean, modern appliances and furniture, and well decorated to give a cozy feel to it. Also, it’s perfectly situated on the beach to wake up to a gorgeous view every single morning. The beach set up that comes with this condo is incredible. It’s such a relief to not have to carry your own chairs and umbrella to the beach, because all of it is already on the beach and set up for you! The location of this condo is beyond ideal - my boyfriend and I never had to drive more than 15 minutes to get to any restaurant or attraction, and it’s actually a very quiet area. I honestly could go on and on about all of the great qualities of this rental, but instead I suggest that you find out for yourself with this getaway.

We love this place!

Our room was clean and comfortable but the biggest perk is that it’s close to the beach. The beach is never overcrowded because of the size of the condo and everyone we meet is super friendly. It’s the second time we stayed here and we couldn’t be more pleased with the place.

Excellent unit and the beach was beautiful.

Checking in and out was very easy. All office, cleaning and beach service staff were very nice and always helpful. Unit 203 was beautiful and views of the beach were wonderful. Would definitely stay at 203 again, hopefully soon.
