Enjoy Condominium 301, a stunning beachfront retreat perched on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida. Located along the breathtaking Emerald Coast, this inviting end-unit condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, relaxation, and coastal adventure. Accommodating up to five guests, the unit features tile flooring throughout and thoughtful amenities to ensure a seamless and comfortable stay.

The updated, fully stocked kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, along with both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig—perfect for starting your mornings just the way you like. Bright, modern décor flows into the living room, which features a comfortable fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, a 55-inch TV, and a DVD player, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a 47-inch TV, along with a private master bathroom featuring a tub and a tall toilet. The guest bedroom also includes a king-size bed, while the guest bathroom is equally well-appointed with a tub and a tall toilet. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the storage closet for added ease during your stay.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

There were a few issues with this unit when we arrived, however, I notified the front desk and issues were resolved within an hour. The beach chair set up is so nice, pool area very nice and love the free movie rentals. Also, tennis/ pickleball courts!

Kristin who managed the beach was more knowledgeable about restaurants and places to try and was very helpful.

Condo needs some attention, it's a nice place but it's the little things that make you feel at home. I.e. the area rug,is extremely nasty it needs to go. The couch replaced,the material holds on to sand not a good choice for a beach rental. Shower rod is rusted. Condo was clean but really needed a thorough cleaning. I keep stressing it's the little things that need attention.

The living room furniture including couch and two chairs are old moldy and dirty.They need to be removed and replaced. 2. The dining table chairs are too tall. We were unable to eat at the table since the chairs which appear to be bar chairs are not suitable and need to be replaced. 3. Kitchen needs a crockpot or slow cooker . We have used this unit for several years. As a rule we have found it clean and maintained. We like its location and the staff have been most helpful. The above cited items however need immediate attention. Would not recommend this unit until these items are addressed.

Unfortunately I can not recommend. Yes, this condo suited our needs with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but the beds were awfully loud. You couldn't even roll over without the beds squeaking. The front bedroom bed was the worst. There are no utensils, so bring your own. The AC unit would not go below 68 and was so loud you couldn't even have a conversation in the main living area. For the price, I would expect updating the whole unit, beds that squeak and actual lights in the rooms instead of just lamps. There is not much light over the shower in the beachfront room either. When we arrived I immediately saw water at the bottom of the fridge on the floor.. The front desk and maintenance were on top of that and fixed it. The area of the beach was nice and it was nice to have the beach service included. Just overall, needs updating. We stayed at the Sandestin 2 years ago and it was cheaper and way nicer!

Great Resort on the Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love Holiday Surf and Racquet Club! This was our second time to vacation here and we just love it. The only negative comment I have here is the cleaning fee. We are charged a cleaning fee but from what we can tell from our two stays here, the crew doesn't do much "cleaning" prior to us arriving. Other than supply clean towels, that's it. The fan vents have years of dust caked onto them in every bathroom. The furniture has layers of dust on it and the kitchen backsplash was dirty. We had to do our own cleaning when we arrived so it would be nice to get a refund on the cleaning fee. Other than that, we love the resort, location and amenities.

Enjoyed another Summer with Family at Holiday Surf & Unit 301

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Holiday Surf has been a summer destination for my family since 1984; unit 301 has been our summer home for one week since 2016. The unit is one of the few updated units and includes a washer/dryer which is awfully convenient. Like, I believe, all of the units in Holiday Surf, the bathrooms are beyond desperate need for renovation. Kitchen is small but adequate and AC works well. The master bedroom mattress has not been changed since we began renting 301, and it is still very uncomfortable. You can't beat the view though!

I have stayed at another set of condos in Destin and sizes of different condos in other locations all over. The staff were very helpful and always very nice. However, the condo we stayed in left a lot to be desired. The kitchen was not adequately equipped. We cook a lot on vacation, but this was not possible. There were two king size beds with no box springs that made loud noises every-time we moved and kept us up all night. There are no washer and dryer in unit. The furniture in the picture on balcony was not what was actually there. There were NO cleaning products- no spray to clean up after meals-or wipe down tubs. No dust pan for sand. Our gate code did not work all week. The condo decor was also lacking- no beach feel- but that’s just a personal preference. I would come back to Destin- but we will not stay here again.

GREAT location

We had a great time. The location was wonderful. The unit was wonderful. It was fabulous to see the dolphins every morning - they were jumping out of the waves. Will stay here again - the only place to stay!!

Fantastic view

Nice open floor plan. Balcony view was fantastic. Beds were not that comfortable. Enjoyed having access to beach chairs and umbrella-the attendant setting them up was very hard working. No washer/dryer as indicated unfortunately (Coin operated washer/dryer available)

This condo was so fabulous, I booked it again!! We knew it was good when the desk clerk told us it was the best in the facility. Only complaint is there is NO washer and dryer in the unit as advertised.

Fall Break Visit to Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has taken advantage of dozens of vacation rental options over the past forty years and so have a bit of experience. This was our first trip to Destin. Bottom line: beautiful beach. Probably the best type of sand and seashore we have experienced. Rest of the experience was ok, but not as nice as our stays at Hilton Head Island. Condo was updated but lacked in proper digital network working system. The difficult part of it all was getting off I65 and taking hours going through backroads. We won’t be doing that again

Good location and building, poor condition of condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The overall property and staff who work there were wonderful. They condo we stayed in was in rough shape... The floors were grimy and our feet would turn black from walking around barefoot. The thermostat didn't seem to work and he air kept running even when we tried to turn the temp up to get the air to cut off. Also many pieces of furniture were broken including the second bedroom bed, the dinning table, the dresser in the master bedroom, one of the chairs in The living room, and front door didn't shut right unless you slammed it.

Simply perfect!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a perfect location to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view! We wish hurricane Ida would not have planned her arrival the same week we were there, the beautiful beach was so stirred up! The only reason I marked the property's condition to a 4 is because the gate did not work so it was left open for a few days and once it was closed, we had to be buzzed in, but never were asked to identify ourselves. Overall, the staff was very nice and resolved any issues that were brought to their attention. Will rent here again!
