One of the larger units at the condo, you have 1000 square feet where you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bedroom alcove with a twin/ full built in bunk bed and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile and LVP flooring and a living/dining room looking right out to your balcony where you can relax and watch the waves. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

Great place to stay!

We had a great relaxing vacation. We loved how easy it was to get to the beach and also loved how this section of the beach was not as crowded as in front of the big high rises. We definitely will return to DBC our next stay!

This property is the perfect size. The stretch of the beach is not crowded. But you can walk to areas that have more people. Absolutely perfect get away!
