Very friendly helpful check in. Stephany was courteous and thorough. Condo was clean and was as described. The appliances were older but very functional. No problems. Washer/dryer were much appreciated, loved having them. Beds were comfortable but should have mattresses replaced in near future. Nice being close to elevator. We were there for 8 nights and loved our time there. The grounds were well maintained. Restaurants close by along with beaches. My husband used the fitness room daily and felt equipment was good. Definitely would stay again.

Nice Condo

The condo was super nice. Very comfortable beds and couches. There was only two issues. The fridge has a leak from the ice maker. We called and maintenance came, said ice maker was working now but a few hours later it was frozen up again. We never had ice. We also couldn’t get the tv in living room to work. These two issues didn’t have a huge impact on us. We will definitely stay in 1301 again!
