Come into our Sunny, Tropical Condo! 1 Bedroom + Bunk Area, and an upstairs loft with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 10) in trendy Crystal Beach area. This property is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Destin within walking distance to shopping and some of Destin's best restaurants. This property is just a short drive to the Track Amusement Park and Big Kahunas Water Park. Take romantic walks on the Beach! Enjoy the Sunsets! Go Deep Sea Fishing is some of the most Beautiful Gulf waters you will ever see.The Condo is a quaint three-story condominium complex that features a pool, shuffleboard, and charcoal grills. You will find Coral Reef Club to be more private than some of the large multi-storied condos in the area. The beach area includes over 300 feet of pristine beachfront with a gulf side lawn and seasonal beach service. This third-floor condo opens to your own private balcony to enjoy the breathtaking views of the crystal white sand and gorgeous emerald green waters. You can look out across the white sand dunes to the beach that seems like your own private beach! Enjoy your two beach chairs and an umbrella that is set up and waiting for you! (Beach Service is Seasonal) You and your family are sure to enjoy every minute here at Coral Reef Club, where the front desk staff and Beach Attendants are ready to help you in any way. The main floor master bedroom contains a king size bed, there are 2 bunk beds in the hallway alcove and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Plus, an upstairs loft with 1 queen bed and a separate room with 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath with a fully jetted tub, perfect for relaxing after a great day at the beach! So, bring your friends and family! The unit has updated furnishings, 2.5 bathrooms, a washer/dryer in your unit for your use and a fully equipped kitchen to meet your cooking needs. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.

We recently stayed at this condo for five nights in order to get away from the wintery north. I have nothing but positive things to stay. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with lots of thoughtful touches such as laundry baskets, fans, a drying rack, and any kitchen item you could possibly need. Upon check in the staff was extremely helpful. You just can't beat the location right on the beach! Would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a low-key beach getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at Coral Reef Condos probably 20 times over the years. The complex itself is nothing fancy but the beach access would be VERY hard to beat. Look out from the 3rd floor balcony and all you see is sand and water, you're that close go the water. Beach is never crowded either due to its location. Try to get an updated unit as some are dated. Unit 43 is excellent, except that the kitchen table location makes it pretty much useless unless you move it. We would stay in 43 again without hesitation. If you are are looking for quality beach time, I highly recommend Coral Reef #43.
