Unit 718, is a top to bottom remodeled Seventh floor, ocean front, vacation condo, with detail and sophistication to exceed all your expectations. This coastal themed beach retreat is an ALL NEW two bedroom and two bath top floor Condo with breathtaking Ocean views and TWO King bedrooms.

Accommodating up to five guests with a King master bedroom en suite, and a King Guest bedroom, along with an available single Roll away for that extra guest. The condo décor has been tastefully renovated with ocean and beach inspirations and all new fixtures, fittings and furniture:

Cool new Vinyl plank flooring has been installed throughout, with all Granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and dining for six. Clean & Great Location.

The room was nice and very clean. Had great views of the beach. Only issues were the poor Internet/TV situation. Internet connection could be improved for the price. Also, during our stay a few “uncomfortable” security issues took place: a handyman showed up unannounced to fix a broken blind. I was not made aware he was coming and after he checked out the blinds, I sent him away and asked that he come back after we check out. Also, someone randomly opened our door (which had a keypad) while we were inside. Then quickly shut the door. Just didn’t feel very secure. Other than those kind of random happenings, our stay was great and I recommend this unit.

Wonderful place!

The place was as described! It was so pretty inside! The beds were big and comfortable! The staff working in the building were very friendly and nice! It was a beautiful place ! Will recommend and stay again for sure!!!

Great stay

The place overall was perfect for us. Everything we needed was there for the most part. I guess the only complaints I herd from the people with me was the elevator’s were sketchy and scary while riding up and down lol! And the balcony chairs were to low and the handrail blocked the view while sitting in them! Only suggestion would be more bathroom towels!!

Best Condo Ever !

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo has been updated very nicely !! Very clean. Nice bathrooms. The view was beautiful from the balcony and the master bedroom. Loved that there were 2 king sized beds. Plenty of room for our little one to run around in the condo. Elevators are very fast, we never had to wait for one actually. Very impressed ! Beach chairs included were a very nice bonus! Less to carry to the beach with a baby ! We can’t wait to come back again next year! We will definitely be back !!

1 Year Anniversary Celebration

WOW!!! This is a fabulous property. My wife and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary in this condo. Description of property was spot on!! Nice job! Will stay here in the future. Lots of commercial and local restaurants available not to mention the Walmart for all of your last minute needs. Nice souvenir shops along the route. We opted to cook breakfast a time or two during our stay and dinner one night but everything else was dining out. Lulu's was nice and Boshamps was pretty fab as well. Loved the beach service. Everything shuts down at 10pm. I can remember waking up in the middle of the night and it's so very still and quiet. They are also big on the turtles!! Dim lights and if you have your lights on inside the condo, they ask that you close your blinds as this apparently disturbs the turtles nesting season. Lovely and peaceful. Recharged our batteries!! Lol. Would highly recommend. Also have laundry facilities (for a fee) which we took advantage of. See you soon, T & S
