The house is beautiful and clean. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms for everyone, heat in the pool was worth the heating cost, bikes and cart were wonderful for getting around. We did wish that some basics were provided, such as extra trash bags, dishwashing soap, laundry soap, enough pool towels for all, and extra blankets- would be willing to pay for these rather than having to go buy. Would absolutely pick this house again for a large group.

A Shore Thing Anniversary Party

Our stay included 11 adults & 6 children ages 7-12. From parking to the wonderful pool to the great kitchen to the bedrooms & bathrooms to the recreation room with pool table to the golf cart & bicycles, the outdoor kitchen with ice maker & the spacious balconies, everyone loved the house & management very receptive when called.

Amazing for large families

The house was huge and meticulously maintained. Every detail was thought out and we felt right at home the minute we stepped inside. We had an issue with the 3rd floor AC not working but maintenance was there within the hour to remedy it. Talk about service! We are already planning our next stay here.

GREAT STAY, BUT !!!

We had a great stay because of space,However when entering the property the first thing you see is a pool table in much need of repairs,you can’t see this in the pics,Some plumbing issues as well,the elevator stalled a couple of times,But when giving them a text they sent someone out immediately,What a very nice guy, I also DON’T like that you spend so much money but can’t physically speak anyone personally, I left something behind and tried to make contact but to no avail,Now that they got the funds no response.

A Perfect Retreat for our Work Family

The home is lovely and just a couple blocks from the beach. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was a great size for our party of 22. The rooms were all nice and clean, and the kitchen was fantastic. If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking, I would bring your needed pots/pans/serving platters as it is very limited as to what is provided. And don't forget your seasonings, too. :) The home does have a central vacuum system and broom - be sure to have them show you where those items are when you have your initial tour (we had to search around for them). The home could use a good thorough mopping as anyone who walked barefoot would end up with extremely dirty feet. But if you wear house shoes, it's all good. You'll also want to bring trash bags. We had to reach out to the management company several times, but they were very responsive. The elevator got stuck once, and was promptly fixed. We smelled gas on the side of the house and they came out to check on that. There are 2 washers/dryers, and we did have on-going problems with the dryers - so I would be weary if you are planning on doing laundry. Overall, a great stay and we would come here again.

Beautiful home and great location

The home was very spacious and had plenty of space for our 3 families that includes 10 children. Heated pool and outdoor space was one of the best parts of the home. Location is very close to beach and golf cart access was a plus. Communication with property manager and any questions or issues was dealt with immediately. Highly recommend.

The pictures and videos match the property description. It was amazing! It will be hard to stay anywhere else. Everyone raved about how lucky we were to stay. We did have a series of issues, but received consistent support and assistance from the managing company. The sliding glass door to the pool did not work, the outside television and unfortunately the air conditioning on the third floor was out our last three nights. This can happen to any house in Florida. Even with these obstacles, we would gladly stay here again. It is a 5 out 5!

Huge house for multiple families

Great location and easy walk to the beach. Beach area for the house is not crowded at all. The 2 golf carts were a plus. The outside pool area was big and accommodated 17 of us! Sliding glass door leading to the pool is still not repaired which makes the powder room off the pool not useable since that is the only exit/entry to the house from the pool. Very receptive to any issues we called about.

Overall a quality property

Let me start by saying I would stay at this property again, but I’d hope that by next year some of the broken items will have been addressed. Several weeks prior to our arrival I noticed on another review that the patio door to the pool area was inoperable. I contacted the management company and was told the part needed would arrive and it should be fixed before we got there. I told them it was very important to us as we would be using pool more than the beach due to small grandkids with us. About a week before our arrival date I reached out again and was told the part showed up damaged and they had to wait for a new one. I asked if they requested it to be overnighted, but they just said they would let me know if it would not be fixed prior to our arrival. Bottom line is they called a couple hours before check in and said they would not be able to fix it. So we had to use a bathroom to access the pool all week. Not very sanitary with small grandkids. The other option they offered was the spiral staircase from the second story deck. Not a very safe option for wet feet! Very disappointing after spending over $35,000 on this vacation for 13. They could have bought a new patio door at Home Depot vs it taking weeks to get a part sent to them. (The last house we rented had a TV by the pool that didn’t work. That management company went out that day and bought a brand new outdoor TV and installed it so we could enjoy the outdoor TV while grilling. Now THAT was customer service!) Upon arrival, the house was pretty clean other than the grill. I contacted the management company and it was promptly taken care of. The pool fountain and one of the dishwashers was not working. Maintenance came to look at but they said it needed a third party who would take care of right away. They never showed up and I received no further communication about either. So while there were some disappointing items, with the door being a major one, we would consider this property again. I had asked about a price adjustment due to the issues but was told they would not discuss that until after our stay was over.

Overall a good place for a week vacation with the family.

Overall a good experience with some exceptions: Checking with the app was very easy, no trouble at all. The kitchen has everything you will need for your stay, with the exception of Good quality grilling utensils. The bathroom and bedrooms were clean. Common areas were not the cleanest, especially the floors were very dirty when we arrived. Counter tops also needed additional cleaning when we arrived. The patio and outdoor kitchen really needs to be deep cleaned. The grill and dinning area were very dirty. Main issue we had in and outside the house was roaches. We called management and they sent someone out with a bottle of raid. He sprayed but we continued to find multiple roaches on all floors of the house during our stay. This could be due to the time of year however.

Roomy and Close to Beach but..,

Got here and house wasn't clean! Called and they sent the head of housekeeping and a crew to recleam the house bc the previous one walked out on the job! We had to wait outside while they cleaned. Very disappointed. We had trouble with main room tv . Very unfriendly tech wise , ice maker in kitchen never worked.. they had to deliver us ice daily and we had trouble with the gas stove.. gas leak. Had a guy out to fix it. Some chair cushion missing on patio love seats. For only 4 years old this is really run down!. Furniture,kitchen equipment, cracks in pool. Didn't quite shine in white splendor like the photos! Despite all the glitches we had a great time bc of the location and all beds and master suites! Whenever I called 360 Blue I had to wait for a rep for so long that many times I hung up. The accommodation and location are great though!! So In light of the above we still would come back but I would call before we arrived to make sure all glitches we experienced this year would be righted. I do want to say that Arian came out day one to smooth things out a bit and gave us full use of hot tube without extra charge, which I never knew from the listing that use of hot tub was extra expense. This place needs an update and refresher. Cushions need cleaning , a wall clock would be nice in great room or kitchen. I'm going to rebook but with caution!

Holiday Haven

My extended family from all over gathered in Destin for the winter holidays at this massive property. It was a perfect location to host us all, give us the space we needed to be together and the privacy of our own quarters, too. We loved the location, the convenience of the bikes and golf carts to explore, and the heated pool. The immense kitchen was perfect for many helping hands and there are plenty of cookware and serving utensils to delight any group looking to serve a large family. The house needs a deep cleaning after each stay because we did endure one too many beach friendly Palmetto roaches on the second and first floors. I’d hope to return one day and do recommend it.

Awesome Stay

9 out of 10 rating. The only issue was the upstairs dryer did not work the entire week but we managed. We found an empty beer can and some clothes in a cupboard when we got there but there is a lot of space to clean so it was just missed. Thanks for everything!
