Bedding configuration: 3 kings, 1 queen and a custom bunk room with 3 beds (2 full XL and 1 twin XL),
-5 balconies including an upper tower with views of the Gulf and sunset
-Private pool and generous outdoor space with grill (pool is not heated)
-Fully stocked kitchen
-75” big screen TV in the living room
-Sonos speaker in the living room (use with mobile phone app)
-Daily trash service
-Perfect home for multiple families or groups up to 10

Friends outing to Destin. This house was spacious enough to give everyone their own bedroom and quiet time area if needed. The pool was a big hit even with the ocean so close! We did opt for the chair service add in and it did not disappoint either! We would all rent Athena again!

We absolutely loved this house! Exactly as listed, beautiful, clean, kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, etc. Loved having the private pool! Very easy walk to the beach and subdivision pools as well. Great communication with property manager! We will definitely be back!

Another Destin memory made!

Beautiful home within 2-3 min walks to two different fantastic beaches! Home was perfect for our family of 7. Subdivision is quiet and very well maintained, already looking at the calendar for next year. Thanks again, next family will not be disappointed!
