Beach Access! Pet Friendly! Sandpiper Cove 2077!

Two-bedroom/two-bath, pet-welcoming condo. Located on the second floor it features a private deck with an expansive view of the golf course and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with seating for two. The dining table seats four. Our large bedrooms and baths provide luxurious rest and privacy for the whole family. The master suite features a king bed. Pet Fee 100.00 plus tax per pet. For stays of 28 days and longer, an additional long-term pet fee of $150 is required. Max 2 dogs - Max weight 45lbs per pet. No Cats Allowed. Sandpiper Cove has a 10.00 grounds fee per pet due in cash upon check in.

Please Note: If you are planning on bringing your boat, call Sandpiper Cove to rent a slip. Trailer Parking is NOT allowed on property!

Family Beach Getaway

We enjoyed staying at the unit. The unit was very clean and well equipped for our week long stay. Everything was as advertised, no surprises. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the pools and golf course in the complex. We have stayed in this complex before and will do so again.

There were 6 adults and 2 small dogs. We had a fabulous time. The condo is comfortable and tastefully decorated. Close to the swimming pool. We had everything we needed. I was super impressed that there were more than enough bath towels for all of us! The private beach is convenient and easy to access. The security staff is wonderful and very friendly and helpful .

Great time!

The unit is super clean and the community is very nice. Everyone is friendly and communicates well. In this condo we choose to drive to the beach access location, however you could walk. The condo is on the back side of the property. Nice location, and quiet community.

We absolutely lived our stay. It was clean! Had everything we needed and we were literally walking distance to the beach! The kids loved the pool! Its a Quiet well kept neighborhood!! Will definitely return!

Destin is great!

We love Destin and enjoy staying at Sandpiper Cove. We had a condo there from 1977-1995. The unit we stayed in was upstairs and the bedrooms were hot! Showers didn’t have much pressure. The unit needs updating. The location was good on the property.

Cozy and Clean

My goodness, they really thought of everything!!! I had every single thing I needed in order to prepare family meals. Not to mention the Ninja Blender and multi functional Keurig We really enjoyed the huge wall mounted TVs. The huge king-size bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. We had plenty of clean towels and washcloths as well. The property was clean and well-maintained. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to all who ask.

We had such a pleasant stay for my birthday weekend. The apartment was very clean, it had all the amenities stated and the process was pretty straight forward. The Queen size bed was very comfortable, just wish the Twin beds were as comfortable.

As noted in my Star reviews the only thing that was not great was the cleanliness of the home mostly just the kitchen cabinets and dishes. Other than that it was a great stay and super close to one of the many pools.

Short vacation

This vacation was planned last minute and we had to bring our pets. Not only were we accomodated, the place was great. We stayed across the street from the beach and within a few miles of shops! This was a great little getaway.

We stay in this complex 2-3 times a year in different condos. This one was very sparse - did not even have towel racks in the bathrooms or hooks. The kitchen utensils were old and gross. There were no family games or activities that are typically present.

Very nice property

The property was just as described. It was a little older than we expected but it did not have any problems and was well maintained. We were very pleased with the property and grounds and how much there was to do around the area. It was quite a ways to the beach and we found ourselves driving, but it was within walking distance if you are a very fit person.
