Beach Haven - Destin Gulfgate 0402!

Beautifully renovated and professionally decorated 5th floor condo overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. "Not too high, Not too low." Relax on the 30’ balcony with comfortable balcony furniture while you enjoy watching the crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico and magnificent sunrises and sunsets. Remodeled throughout, the kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, updated cabinets and back splash, plus under-counter lighting. The laundry room boasts a full-size washer and dryer. The wet bar includes an ice-machine and sink. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest room holds 2 queens’ beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. Smart TV's can be found throughout, with a 65" TV in the living room, a 50" TV in the master bedroom, and a 50" TV in the guest room, plus a counter TV in the kitchen. Updated, luxurious bathrooms will make your experience even more exceptional. Don't worry about parking, this condo has a dedicated, reserved, covered parking spot in the garage. Complimentary WiFi is provided. Enjoy the free beach service March through Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.).

We stayed in a different unit but it was equally as clean and beautiful. We love the layout of the condo, the heated pool and the beach service. We won’t ever stay any where else. This place is perfect!!My only complaint is that we booked a condo that became unavailable due to some required renovations. The management emailed the change but the message was buried after the travel insurance advertisement so it was missed until a subsequent billing email was sent. Upon calling the office I was advised of the change but wasn’t satisfied with the new unit location. I requested another and that was fulfilled but not until I was reminded that it is not typical to be moved but it does happen and is in the rental agreement. I guess a call would have been appreciated and some choice be given for the alternative condo. It could have been handled better. This doesn’t deter us from returning just awareness that guests can be moved from the condo they booked without notice or choice!
