This GORGEOUS beach front condo has been completely renovated and has breathtaking Gulf views from every angle of the kitchen, living room and balcony. Sit on the balcony in the morning with your coffee and evening with a glass of wine and view the amazing Emerald Green waters that is the magic of Destin! This beautiful condo features new LVP or tiled flooring throughout, new kitchen with designer cabinets, solid surface counter tops, stainless appliances, and kitchen bar. It is fully stocked and has everything you need to prepare beach front meals!

This condo is beautifully decorated in a stunning, casual elegance that is just perfect for the beach! The large living area is centered around an elegant sofa, comfortable chair, huge TV and beautiful accent pieces of furniture.

The Master Bedroom is very classy with a king bed, large TV, new mattress , a master bath with a GORGEOUS walk in, tiled shower with seamless glass enclosure along with designer sinks. There is also a secondary hall half bath.

You will love the convenient stacked washer and dryer. Please be sure to bring your own beach towels.

This unit sleeps a total of 6. There is a king in the master, bunk beds in the hall and the couch pulls out to a queen bed.

This unit is very special and is designed for those who want luxury. It is located in the popular Crystal Beach area of Scenic Highway 98, just minutes from Destin Commons, the Harbor, Outlet Mall, Downtown Destin and Sandestin. There are amazing restaurants shops, movies, bowling, fishing, water sports....so much to do in the paradise that is Destin! Please consider our beautiful home for your vacation soon.

This is our 3rd time staying at this complex, first time in the unit, and our stay was fantastic! Unit was updated, nicely decorated and clean. I loved watching the dolphins come by every morning from the balcony. Will definitely book this unit in the future.

Fall beach trip

Crystal Sands is an older complex but chose this because of it being smaller and less crowded. Condo was clean and very nice! Had to cut out trip short because of Hurricane Helene. Enjoyed the couple of days there and beach chairs were a plus!

Another Great Stay

This was our second year staying at Donna's property. We were so impressed last year and this year was nothing short of that. Her condo is so lovely, beautifully decorated, fully stocked with a beautiful view of the ocean. My friend and I have been coming to Crystal Sands for about 15 years and are so thrilled we found Donna's unit. Looking forward to coming again next year.

Vacation Fun in the Sun

Absolute delight! The condo was exactly what was shown in the pictures. Beautiful beach view and easy access to the beach. The location was close to stores and restaurants. The owner was very helpful and addressed all of our questions promptly and thoroughly. Will definitely return!

Great location! As close to the beach as one could hope with easy access to the boardwalk to the beach. Guess there's no 'private beach' during spring breaks. Very clean and well supplied except for lack of pizza pan . Glad to see Kohler fixtures- my home town. Beds were not the most comfortable. Appliances up to date and working well. Great walk in shower! Bath towels very good quality. Would consider coming back but kind of pricey for us. Great communication with Doona each time.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Every year we visit the beach but usually different places - this was the absolute best stay we have had in a long time. We had everything we needed, the place was very clean. We would love to stay there again.

Great location!!! Very convenient access right across the toll bridge with very limited traffic. Restaurants within walking distance. The low rise property meant no long wait for the elevator. We will definitely look into staying here again. Clean unit, comfortable bed, spectacular view, and beach chairs included.

Fabulous Condo

We are teachers and have been coming to Crystal Sands for about 15 years. Last year I was very disappointed in the Condo that I had stayed in multiple times. I searched VRBO and found Donna's Condo. Her description and photos were right on and the place was fabulous. Everything was updated, clean and she kept me informed in preparation of the stay. Beautiful ocean view right on the beach

This was our second time staying in Destin in this area. As a family of six we loved the convenience of being right on the beach and being able to go back to our condo whenever we needed to. Everything on the property was very clean and neat. We will definitely be coming back again.
