This condo is located directly across the street from Destin's famous Captain Daves on the Gulf restaurant and a short drive to outlet malls.

This condo is optimal for family as a barn door closes off the 2nd bedroom and bath to a private suite. This suite is perfect for remote school or office with a built in work station equipped with ethernet cable and printer to insure no calls are dropped! This unit features a new renovated custom kitchen with all new appliances and cabinetry as well as large island to accommodate everyone.

Owners are local and respond easily and quickly to any needs. No Smoking or Pets in this unit.

We stayed for a week in August. We loved it here! The little touches from welcoming gifts of snacks and waters to local craft beers were so appreciated! The kitchen was incredible and very well stocked. The condo was a short walk to the pool and the beach. The cherry on top was that we had the pool to ourselves on multiple occasions! Pictures did not do this place justice!! It was super cute and super comfy!! It was very well stocked and great location with a quick walk to the beach and pool. The pool was big and water was warm. This property was amazing and looked just like the pictures! Private beach access was just a few minutes from condo!! Candace and Paul were extremely accommodating through our entire stay! Second Trip to Destin

This truly was an amazing property to stay at for a much needed week of vacation.
