Beautiful home ready for your perfect vacation! This 7 bedroom home has first class decorating, a private pool, on property golf cart access, and is located 150 steps from the beautiful white sands and emerald water of Destin beaches.

This 3-story home features 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. It also includes living and entertaining areas on the first, second and third floors. Walk a block and a half to one of Destin's most beautiful beaches, or enjoy the privacy of your own large patio, grill, and private salt water pool that can be heated for an additional fee.

Watch the sun come up from the large deck on the second floor or end the day on the third floor balcony by watching a glorious sunset. This home is conveniently located near shopping, fine restaurants and entertainment the whole family will love. Located in the quiet Crystal Beach neighborhood, your family/friends can take advantage of more than 6 miles of trails nearby.

You will love the 3400 square feet of living space the home has to offer to house your family reunions or friends vacationing together. The wide-open first floor living area includes: 10’ ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and looks out on the beautiful pool and patio area. Downstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed and their own bathrooms.

Moving up to the second level you will find a relaxing area at the top of the stairs, loaded with kid's games, a TV, and queen sleeper. This floor also has 2 bedrooms and a bunk room, each with their own full bathrooms. Continue to the third floor and enjoy the living area destined to be a great hang out for all ages. This area includes a couch/daybed, TV and a pub table-perfect for games. Look out from the third-floor balcony onto the commons area below. In addition, find 2 more bedrooms on the third floor with a jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have their own televisions, as well as TV's in all living areas.

For disclosure purposes, this home does have security cameras that cover the front door, side yards, and the pool and parking area.

So much good with this house! Kitchen was full and stocked with everything needed for a big group…even spices, extra paper towels, cleaning wipes and pods for dishwasher. The living area was spacious and perfect for watching March Madness basketball, along with enjoying meals in the dining area and bar in the kitchen or outside on the deck overlooking the pool. Pool (heated) and outside area were perfect too. 12 comfortable and sturdy lounge chairs…we’ve rented a lot of places and never had that!! No one fighting for a chair!! Plus some were in the sun and some the shade depending on the time of day. Each bedroom had its own attached bathroom, another huge plus. Plus more living spaces than we knew what to do with! Beach was a short walk away or golf cart ride. Public beach entrance at Shirah was limited so we went down to the next entrance where we could park the cart and rent beach set ups. Beach chairs were provided to take down from the house. You can’t go wrong with this rental! We enjoyed our week so much we booked for next year! Great memories made here.

This was a wonderful place to stay and I have already shared with others who might be interested. Lots of space for our family of 17. This house was a perfect stay for a girls trip. The layout was perfect allowing for lots of common area space as well as private spaces. Plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus with a big group. Pool and lounge areas were amazing and so relaxing. Walk to the beach was very short and it was so helpful for the house to provide beach equipment. Definitely recommend this property! 10/10

We took our family for my parents 40 wedding anniversary and it was an Unbelievable stay. House is perfect for a large family, or large group of friends. Beach is a block away walk, and the pool was great! The house has all the amenities you could think of. Perfect stay.

The house was awesome and worked great for our large family. My only complaint is that were super excited about the six passenger cart, and our first ride a tire blew, he did send us another golf cart, 4 passenger the next day, but I just feel like the tires should have been checked before stay. They were completely bald and should have been replaced a long time ago

Perfect Home Close to the Beach!

We loved the saltwater pool, access to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants were all walkable but the golf cart allowed up to explore the beachfront and do larger grocery runs when needed! 10/10 property. The owners/maintenance team were responsive and quick with everything we needed.

Beautiful property

This home is beautiful and as described in the VRBO app. Everything was neat, clean, and ready for us upon arrival. The property was in a quiet neighborhood, within walkind distance of the beach and several other shops, restaurants, and activities. The beach chairs, beach wagon, and beach toys were a nice touch. The pool was the perfect size for us and was glad to have paid to have it heated as the ocean was a bit chilly this tme of year. The kids were rarely seen outside the pool! The only downfall would be the lack of every day supplies, ie: dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, paper towels, kleenex, etc. I understand these are expensive and were mentioned in the initial agreement. It's just really hard to bring those itemswith us when flying in from halfway across the country. Maybe could offer a "package" for those types of renters. All in all, we had a fabulous time with family and will return!

We had 10 adults (5 couples) for our trip and the house was perfect! We actually didn’t even use two of the bedrooms so tons of space. The kitchen had anything and everything you could need. The extra fridges were so nice for extra storage. Pool area was great - we did pay to heat the pool and it was definitely worth the extra cost. Super quick walk to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to all questions both during the booking process and arrival/departure. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house!!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for my family - we went for my parents 50th wedding anniversary and had 13 people ages 4-71. The house had absolutely everything we needed or could have needed! The owner and property manager were both very responsive. We had an Amazon package delivered to the locked mailbox and they came to retrieve it for us right away! The pool area was perfect with a ton of outdoor seating and an abundance of pool and beach toys. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

AMAZING FAMILY VACAY!

Our big family of 8 adults and 6 kids had an amazing time at this vacation beach house! It had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time at the beach. It was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone to be able to spread out. There were so many extra little amenities, such as extra beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, sand/pool toys, and a bags game that was such a nice plus! The location to the beach was excellent. It was an easy walk, but we were glad we decided to rent the golf cart to make it a little easier to get everything and everyone down to the beach. The kids loved the pool and we were so glad we paid the little bit extra to have it heated. It was perfect. 10/10 recommend this house! Our kids are already talking about coming back and staying here again!

Our family has spent Christmas together for over 20 years. As the family has grown we’ve needed larger homes to accommodate all of us. The Destin house was the best place yet. If we could pick it up and plunk it in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area it would be the best of all worlds. We had a great time and the long ride was worth it.

Our experience

We’ve vacationed quite a few times on the emerald coast & have always had the best time. This was our first time renting in this area & based on photos & house description it seemed to fit what our group was looking for. We were disappointed with a lot of things but once you’re finally in your vacation rental there’s not much you can do about things aside from dealing with it the best you can to enjoy your vacation. These are just a few things we encountered during our stay. When initially arriving & walking into the house there is a distinct mold/chemical/lack of air circulation smell..walking through the house one of the bathrooms had mold covering the ceiling. I had reached out & contacted the host, we were told that they had no idea but would send someone out. (Cool…I guess no one does an actual walk through to check everything is ok before renting out the place) the property manager came out..walked into the house..said hello and seemed to know exactly where to go & what to spray without asking anyone anything..but again, they had “no idea”. The bed sheets smelled horrendous. I literally sprayed the bed with perfume every night and it barely made a difference..when our stay was over and we stripped the bed there was an orange stain on the mattress cover..guess that explained the smell. The other rooms mentioned a gross smell as well but their mattress pads seemed ok. Our shower had hair on the walls before use. Ants all over the pool area. 5 people left very sick.

We recently stayed for a weekend trip. The house was exactly as described. Property manger arrived within an hour to replace a low battery for a sensor. Conveniently located to the beach. Also walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. Will definitely book again if ever in the area

We had an amazing stay at this property. There was enough space for everyone to have their own room and the pool was absolutely fantastic. We had one small issue with the main floor A/C but the maintenance crew responded within 10 minutes! We would absolutely stay here again!
