Classy & coastal, this condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The upstairs master has a 4-poster King bed and its own private balcony. The second bedroom, located on the first floor, is ideal for kids, teens or singles with a brand new twin over full bunk set. Elegant new leather sofas in the living room provide comfortable seating and one folds out into a Queen sleeper.

Shabby chic dining table seats 8 in vintage coastal style and extra counter dining with 2 bar stools is always appreciated. The color palette is cool and beachy with warm beiges and sea glass aquas. The Destin Seafarer offers free WIFI, covered parking, elevator, luggage carts, outdoor grill, beachfront heated pool and hot tub and 280' of of the most beautiful beach in the world. Room was very clean and had been nicely updated for an older property. Parking and proximity to beach was convenient. The TV was a little confusing so we weren't able to figure out how to watch live March Madness until the last night - would recommend clearer instructions. We tried to load an app so we could watch, but a PIN was required that we didn't have. Also some issues with the downstairs AC; fortunately it wasn’t too hot but never got below 73 degrees- would be an issue in the heat of summer.

Loved the condo! Balcony views were my favorite to sit and sip my coffee in the morning while watching the dolphins and then have a glass of wine at night while watching the breathtaking sunsets.I also love the fact that the beach access is so close. You don’t have to walk very far before you’re relaxing and enjoying the sounds of the water. There are plenty of restaurants and family friendly things to do within close proximity. Will be back next season!

The condo was as advertised. The location was just steps from the beautiful beach and the view was spectacular. The condo was comfortably decorated and contained the usual items one would expect in a beach rental. The reason I can't give the unit a better grade is because it was dirty and several items were in disrepair. Walking on the floor barefoot would turn your feet black. Additionally, there were many things wrong in the master suite area. Not all of the lights worked in the bathroom, the plugs in the bathroom didn't work and we couldn't find a reset. The toilet paper holder was broke and sitting on the floor. The shower head needed to be cleaned as water barely came out. There were sheets of aluminum foil covering the windows at the ceiling that were falling down and made noise every time the upstairs AC unit came on. This caused interrupted sleep and also early morning sun coming right through those windows, which woke us up at dawn every day. Finally, the room was controlled by some "master" remote that would turn the TV on when trying to operate the ceiling fan. Finally, the ceiling fan was operating in the wrong direction and we had no ability to change it. This unit is in very rough condition and needs a LOT of TLC and deep cleaning to get it back up to acceptable rental condition in my opinion. We will return to Destin, but will not choose this location again.

Location was wonderful! Space inside condo was good but strange things
 There was foil over the upstairs bedroom window. The master (upstairs) bathroom is NOT private. Glass door leading into bathroom and then a large mirror so you can literally see everything. Beds were pretty uncomfortable. Kitchen is small (not that they can change that) but just a forewarning that cooking is hard with a lot of people. Received an email stating minimal information about people coming into our condo to fix sprinklers. So we were not prepared. Overall a fine experience EXCEPT the bathroom.

Waking up to the beach view was great!

We really enjoyed our stay, especially with how convenient it was close to the beach especially with our little ones definitely made it easy to just walk out to the beach. The rooms come with sun umbrellas and beach chairs, toys which definitely made the experience a lot easier for us! Definitely will be coming back!

GORGEOUS VIEW!!

This was such a beautiful trip. It happened to be our daughter's first trip to Florida and it was just perfect. The condo is absolutely stunning. Clean, spacious and decorated so nicely. Sunrise mornings on the balcony with coffee, and the sounds of waves crashing can't be beat. We had the pleasure of witnessing 2 proposals, a quick thunderstorm over the water and even dolphins jumping in the distance. This was our first trip to Destin and I have this listing bookmarked for a near future trip because it is just that good. The listing photos don't do this place justice. It's a need to see in person kind of place. Excellent experience! 10 out of 10 would recommend.

The beach was amazing as always. The experience at the condo itself could have been better. We arrive Friday night, with all of our things loaded on the cart with all 4 of our children.. to get to the door and the code we were gave would not work. Tried calling all the numbers I had and could not get a response. A lady that worked at the building office came thankfully to try and use the master key to get us in when we discovered this room was the only room not associated with the building itself so the master key would not work. We were seconds away from loading our stuff back into the car and going to find a hotel for the night. I tried one more number directly from the Verbo listing. No answer but that number did quickly text me to ask if we were locked out. I explained the code we were given would not work and they gave me a code to use to get inside. We were outside for 45 minutes trying to get ahold of someone to help us get inside.

Best Stay Ever

We had a such a wonderful time here! Would highly recommend. Stunning views, easy access to clean, well kept beach, heated pool and hot tub. Beach umbrella and chairs were provided which was definitely a plus. We will for sure be staying again soon!

Great oceanside place needs a couple repairs

The property had a wonderful location and right on the beach. It was clean and nicely displayed. Great balcony views and restaurants nearby. The only set back was the front door wouldn't lock from outside. We couldn't go to dinner the first night because it would be morning before they could fix and the gate code for beach/pool access was not up to date we had to ask someone at pool. Neither bathroom hair dryer worked, and living room lamp unplugged. When we plugged it in it buzzed so we unplugged like prior tentant. When i checked out 6 days later the front door would not lock again. But these are just repairs needed. The overall unit has great qualities.

A Good Stay

Family vacation

We absolutely love the location of this place . We rented one bedroom a couple years ago and came back! For teens you can watch from the balcony and for younger kids it’s a short walk to the bathroom or nap time ! October was a good time to visit . The water was a little too cold for our liking but it didn’t stop us from still swimming! I definitely recommend this place !

Very close proximity to the beach and the grocery store which was great. Loved that our bedroom was upstairs and the kids bedroom was downstairs. Washer dryer was clutch. Used the grills a couple nights to grill burgers and pork chops. The only thing negative was that there wasn't a drip coffee maker as advertised so we had to swap ground coffee for k cups which really wasn't that big a deal and the receptacles in the upstairs bathroom by the sink didn't work.

Beautiful little place. Cute decor. Quiet area. Close to attractions. Walk to The Back Porch restaurant. Private Beach, but close to other larger groups. Perfect views from both floors! Can’t wait to return!

Labor Day Getaway

The unit was very clean and decorate very well! The beach and ocean views are amazing from each balcony. The unit is convenient to parking, elevators, and stairs. The location is perfect! We had absolutely no issues which resulted in an amazing experience to the beach! I highly recommend this place and i look forward to returning in the future.
