Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments. 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.
No Pets Allowed No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.
Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.

Loved this place! Spacious and clean. Great view. Complementary chairs and umbrella for beach. Not to mention the under garage carport parking that gave easy walk to leave for adventures! I canât rave enough about this place. Wasnât over crowded at beach. Canât wait to go back.
Amazing view!!Loved that there was enough furniture in living space & on balcony for everyone to sit.Enjoyed the complementary beach umbrella & chairs.The extra beach towels were helpful.Pool area was very nice.Under building parking spot was great!
This condo was wonderful! The beach was superb! Condo was VERY spacious! Would have been nice to have an alarm clock in the bedrooms. The kitchen clock wasnt working butprobably needed new batteries. We didnt try as is it wasn't major. The kitchen cupboards were worn and outdated which.If it was my place, I probably would have had better patio cushions, but they served their purpose just fine! Beds were Perfcet! Such nice, soft Would certainly rent again!!sheets!!!didntafooKitchen clock wasnt workin. Pret
