Cajun Fun is a cozy, quaint one-bedroom first-floor end-unit condo featuring comfortable furnishings, thoughtful décor, and a spacious layout designed for a relaxing beach getaway. Enjoy an extra-large deck overlooking the Par-3 golf course. With all the amenities Sandpiper Cove has to offer, this unit is the perfect home base for your Destin getaway. You will find a tastefully decorated living space welcoming you and your family as you enter the condo. This space provides comfortable seating with a flat-panel TV to sit back and relax after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is equipped to handle whatever dish your heart desires, including a stove, oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator.

As you move through the living space toward the bedroom, you will find a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and single vanity. Just past the bathroom is a second vanity with plenty of space for two guests to get ready for a night out. A walk-in closet provides ample storage for your belongings. The comfortable bedroom features a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and a flat-panel TV. Returning to the living area and stepping outside, you'll discover an oversized deck where you can relax in the coastal breeze and enjoy peaceful views of the on-site Par-3 golf course.

OTHER AMENITIES and OUTDOOR
Sandpiper Cove offers a variety of resort amenities where guests can enjoy a stress-free escape, including access to five swimming pools, six lighted tennis courts, and private beach access with a relaxing tiki hut for refreshments. Guests also enjoy complimentary use of the private Par-3 golf course, along with access to a boat ramp, marina, two on-site restaurants (Louisiana Lagniappe and Rick's Crab Trap), and 24-hour security. Additional shared common areas provide opportunities to grill, picnic, play yard games, or simply relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.

COMMUNITY and BEACH
Enjoy exclusive access to Sandpiper Cove's private beach, where you can relax on Destin's famous sugar-white shoreline and take in the emerald waters of the Gulf. The beach is just a short and safe walk from the condo and features a seasonal beachside tiki hut for refreshments. Guests can also take a boat ride to dining establishments along the Destin Harbor or spend the day soaking up the sun on the resort's private stretch of beach. Beach chair and umbrella service are not included with this property but may be purchased directly through Sunset Beach Services.

The condo is a short drive from HarborWalk Village, where you'll find unique shops, waterfront restaurants, and live entertainment. WHAT WE PROVIDE
Guests are provided with fresh bed linens and bath towels, along with a fully equipped kitchen that includes cookware, utensils, and essential appliances. A starter set of supplies is also included, such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, body wash, and laundry and dishwasher detergent. For longer stays, additional supplies may be needed.

PARKING
There are plenty of free self-parking spaces available throughout Sandpiper Cove Resort. You can conveniently park your vehicle and easily walk to all resort amenities. Parking is limited to two vehicles.

NO PHYSICAL CHECK-IN
There is no physical check-in for this property. Guests will receive an email and text notification seven days before arrival with a unique key code and instructions for self-check-in and check-out.

IMPORTANT NOTES
• The primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must be present for the entire duration of the stay. ID is required at the security gate for age verification.
• This is a pet-friendly unit, allowing guests to bring one dog up to 30 pounds or two small dogs up to 20 pounds each for a $150 plus tax fee per pet. A $10 per pet resort fee is also collected by Sandpiper Cove upon arrival.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited.
• Resort amenities and services may be modified, suspended, or discontinued by resort management or the HOA without prior notice.
• Mail and package delivery to the unit is not available, as mailbox keys are not provided. Please arrange deliveries to an alternate address.
