This beautiful townhome is steps from our private beach (no streets to cross) on the lake.
🎣 Since fishing is allowed, you can show off how good of a fisherman you are! *see picture of previous guests and their catches.
🩴The large, refreshing pool (seasonally heated) is only a few yards from the townhome.
🌞 A short walk (5 minutes) will take you to the most beautiful beach in the Gulf of Mexico (my opinion!)

As soon as you enter the unit, you will be amazed by the lake views. The high ceiling in the living room makes the place brighter and more spacious. Glass doors and a floor-to-ceiling window make the lake view unforgettable. The patio outside has comfortable seating for you to relax. The resort amenities include several gas grills to make the most juicy steak 🥩 (are you hungry now?).

The kitchen has granite countertops, a Keurig (pods not provided), and a regular coffee maker. There is also plenty of cookware, small kitchen appliances, and cutlery for you to cook (or not! It is our vacation time!). The dining room is a perfect place to have a nice family dinner.

The townhome perfectly accommodates two families of four or a large family of 8! Each room has an en-suite bathroom, which gives everyone privacy. In addition, each room has a balcony where you can stargaze, play games, read, have a nice drink, or hide from your family (joking!).

Those sleeping in the comfy queen sofa bed can use the half-bath downstairs.
The washer and dryer are in the unit and accessible, which is a plus!

You can't beat this location! In the heart of Destin, Shoreline Towers is within minutes of restaurants, shopping, water sports, fishing, and golf. The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are excellent! Enjoy the soothing sauna, swim in our pristine, clean pool, play tennis or shuffleboard, use the exercise room, grill out, or picnic by the lake. We even have a clubhouse for your gatherings with family and friends—security on the property 24/7 for guest safety and convenience.

Area Attractions:

We're within walking distance of shopping and restaurants such as Capriccio Cafe, The Pancareky, McDonalds, Crackings, Target, and The Local Market. It is only a block or two away from the Big Kahuna's, Destin's fun waterpark, and a short drive to the Harborfront, with boat and jet ski rentals plus more great restaurants! It never ends what Destin can offer.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
