Costa del Mar is a beautiful home in Destiny by the Sea, directly across from the beach. Come and experience the height of luxury and relaxation in this large, comfortable home located in the exclusive gated community of Destiny by the Sea. From the Gulf views to the convenience of being only steps away from beach access, along with a private salt water pool, this 3,500+ square foot home will help in creating lifelong memories with your loved ones. The home is located only one lot from your beach walk-over — so no need to drag that cooler through the neighborhood!

All are welcome to Costa del Mar, with a central elevator servicing all floors. Children have their own space on the spacious first floor with a large bunkroom and three sets of bunk beds, along with their own den, kitchenette, laundry room, and two full baths. Flat-screen TVs and Blu-ray players are throughout all bedrooms and in all den/living room areas.

Spend time at the nearby beach or enjoy the privacy of the fenced-in backyard with a private salt water pool. Relax with pool-side lounging on the provided pool chairs or jump right in for a refreshing swim! The pool can be heated for an additional fee to keep the water at a comfortable temperature no matter what time of year you visit.

Listen to the soothing waves from the second-story covered balcony (with grill), which connects to the main living space. An open family room, gourmet kitchen, and spacious dining is the perfect place to hang out with family and friends. Two additional bedrooms with king beds and both a full and half bath also complete the second floor.

The third floor leads to yet another balcony where you can hear and see the beautiful private Destiny beach. You will also find two luxurious king bed master suites, along with a twin/twin bunk in the hall. The front king suite includes a sitting area, soaking tub, two-person tiled shower, double vanities, and plenty of space to unwind. The back king suite includes its own bath with double vanities and large closets.

Beach living simply does not get better than relaxing at Costa del Mar!

We had a great week! House is perfect location to the beach. Pool is small, but backyard is a nice size to socialize while sitting around the pool. Only negatives were the dryer not working upstairs and the neighborhood is overly strict, but wee would stay there again.

A beautiful home, in a quiet upscale neighborhood

Wonderful time in a huge home with great accommodations. Conveniently located near beach. We had a group of 14 so the single dishwasher is really the only shortcoming to this exquisitely appointed home. Comfortable beds, nice linens, lots of games and outdoor chairs and toys. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Tons of Space - Great for Family Reunions!

House was super clean and completely renovated - everything looked new! Had multiple families so liked the separate kids room on the first floor, so adults could spend time together in 2nd floor family room. House located right across from private beach walk over was really helpful with small kids! Heated pool in backyard was big hit!

AWESOME HOUSE—Even better than in pictures!

This house was absolutely beautiful! We had the best Thanksgiving of our lives at Costa Del Mar! Everything looks brand new and the location was perfect, like 20 steps to the private beach walkover. Backyard pool has cool jet feature that turns one side into jetted spa on the stair area! Was more than enough room for our large group and kids area with Xbox on first floor was a big hit. We will definitely be back!

Leaving a review is not something I normally do but I feel it is important to share my opinion. I am a local and have seen so many vacation properties that they tend to blend together. Once a year my extended family travels to Destiny By The Sea for vacation. They come to enjoy the area and relax within this wonderful gated community. Over the years we have rented many of the homes in this neighborhood. So why leave a review now? We found the one home we want to return to every time. Costa del Mar has all the comforts of a true family vacation rental. The layout is perfect with plenty of space to gather inside or outside. All of the furnishings are updated and the finishes are fresh, clean and inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped and appointed with top notch appliances. You can believe what you read in the description on what this property has to offer. This place had everything we needed to enjoy a fantastic vacation. Also, the all important beach access is just steps away. At Costa del Mar we were able to wrap up valuable family time and create memories that will last till the next time we can all be together. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay in this newly remolded and beautifully decorated home. It was very clean and well appointed. This home was very comfortable for our family of 15. The beach access was a few steps away making it especially convenient with small children. The management service was excellent and the men in our group liked the VIP rewards used for golf discounts. Great House with Perfect Location!!

Costa Del Mar was even better in person than in the pictures. I've rented houses before that looked great in the pictures but when you get there the house or location is totally different than you expected. But not this one--we were completely satisfied. We had a large group and there still was lots of space to spread out. GREAT location -- beach access was basically right across from the house. Had a wonderful time using both grills - a large one in the backyard, and another smaller one on the second floor balcony (came in handy when it rained on one of the days). Also had view from the balconies to enjoy coffee in the morning. LOVED the enormous TVs in both first and second floor family rooms. What we especially liked was the private backyard with a fountain and small pool -- much larger than many others in the neighborhood. Pool also has a fun feature, in that half includes jets that give it more of a spa feel. The whole house has clearly been remodeled and updated, so everything was brand new. Since Destiny is one of our favorite spots in Destin, would recommend house and definitely stay again next year.

Nice home, clean & comfortable.

Great location to beach, and close to outlets and restaurants. House has new bedding and very comfortable. Owner keeps pool heated so you can enjoy night or day, so the heating fee is worth paying. Great bunk rooms for children, a real hit with ours! A very nice vacation home.
