This was one of my favorite places to stay when it’s just my little family for a quick beach trip. Close to the beach. And the pool right out the door was the cherry on top. There was beach toys and pool toys for the kids to use. The host was very responsive. And the other guests staying were really nice.

Very convenient to the beach. We did not like the small public beach area we were allowed to sit at. It gets very crowded. We found out people staying 2 blocks away had access to the private beach. Not sure if owners can pay a fee to include the private beach access. That was the only negative about our stay.

Absolutely amazing. The condo was perfect for our family of four. When they say steps away from the beach-they aren’t lying! There were all items of importance of use in kitchen so no need to pack much. They also had beach chairs and an umbrella, even sand toys in the storage box on the patio. If we return to Destin I’ll be staying here.

Hot tub was not open apparently it was drained for repair or maintenance. We were really looking forward to sitting in it to relax. Was unaware before our booking or would have chosen another place with a working hot tub. Asked for a partial credit and no response from owner. Bathroom shower wasn't draining properly so u stood in water to shower. There was sand in the bed when we arrived .

Loved the condo! Loved the neighborhood it is in, my kids rode bikes and we rented a golf cart! It takes less than a minute to get to the beach. The road to cross is rarely busy. Maintenance issue with the main pool gate that the owner responded to and followed up with immediately. Fit 5 of us just fine and we plan to come back!

Great stay

The location is unbeatable near the ocean. The pool was a great hit for the kids. There were some beach toys available to use. The apartment is small but we were 5 and made it work for the location. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The host and cleaner were fantastic and helped me get my hair straightener back to me after I left it by mistake!
