Although the unit deserves 5 stars, we had no heat upon arrival and the heating unit had to be replaced the following day. It was very cold the first night and temps fell to 59 inside the unit. Chris did try to get service Sunday night but not successful. I felt like credit should have been issued for the first day but a credit was never offered. The unit was otherwise furnished nicely and the view was exceptional.

My family has been booking beach properties for years and this location is definitely a new favorite. The condo was gorgeous, roomy and well stocked. Our group included 7 adults and a 2 year old and everyone had plenty of personal space without feeling crowded. Everything was clean and very well maintained and the property manager responded immediately to my messages. My husband and I slept in the master bedroom and we both agree that the mattress was super comfy. Crystal Beach with its white sand and dazzling blue water is the prettiest location we have stayed in Florida. The location was perfect for shopping and dining. Everything we could possibly need was only a couple minutes drive. The hardest part was deciding which of the fantastic local restaurants to eat at. Can’t recommend this place enough!

View was great, short walk to the beach which was great for my grandmother. One issue we had (veryyyyy small) was that the door to the outside porch was very hard to open and close! Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Fathers day/birthday family trip

We had both daughters their spouses and our granddaughter on our family vacation to celebrate Father's Day and my husband's birthday. This Condo was amazing. From the view, to the spaciousness it was wonderful. I would definitely rent this Condo again.

Our family had a great week at this condo! There was plenty of space and the king beds in all of the bedrooms was a bonus! The condo was clean and well stocked. It was especially nice to have the private beach right out front since there are very few public beaches in Destin. Chris was easily reachable and communicated quickly and thoroughly. We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint and this had nothing to do with the owner or the rental company, was that the pool is not on the beach side of the complex. It is on the parking lot side. Just some info for those that like to go to the pool.

Bedroom Carpets n entry rug black, literally. Gross. Shower curtain liners in all 3 baths way beyond needing replaced. Upholstery on living room sectional very grungy n very uncomfortable. Had to cover in blankets to sit on . These it’s disqualify it from being classified as newly remodeled.

This place was absolutely PERFECT in every way!!! The pictures were exactly like the property. Everything was so beautifully decorated, the views were AMAZING, & another big plus to us was the private beach! We loved everything about this property! The View

The location was ideal — The condo was very spacious. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was more than enough room. Close to Destin commons, multiple restaurants, arcade for the kids. Love the location, the private beach. The size of this property was perfect for the group we had with us. It was my grandson's first beach trip & he had the best time. My husband who is not a beach person even loved it & is ready to go back. We will be back!

Great place!!!

The unit is absolutely awesome, with renovated kitchen and very big spacious bedrooms and baths. We were surprised just how large it was and everyone could spread out. My 5yr old loved the bunk beds too. Bedding was good, lots of extra towels and pillows. Great couch for lots of people to hang. I’ve stayed in several complexes in Destin area and think this is the best. It’s very clean, good pool area with hot tub, and you are literally steps to the beach. They even have a bin where you can borrow beach toys! Chris, the manager, was quick to respond and easy to work with. Highly recommended.
