Sticky floors and burn holes in sheets
Posted Jan. 6, 2024 on HotelsFlip the covers back a saw more cigarette burns in the sheets that you could shake a stick at. Sheets seamed to have not been changed from prior stay. Sidewalk outside was covered in a sticky substance that had been transferred into the room from prior guests. Towels had old stains. Front desk lady came and put fresh sheets and bedding right away, nice service and not her fault. I was desperate for a quick room and got what a paid for.

Think twice before booking
Posted Dec. 29, 2023 on HotelsThe bathroom was not cleaned from previous family that stayed. There was one towel to accommodate a family suite and we had to make extra trips to request more towels for the family. The television didn’t work and had to request replacement wires in order for that to work. The bed's were extremely uncomfortable. We woke up feeling unrested and achy. Continental Breakfast was advertised while picking the hotel on hotels.com but none was provided, just cold coffee. The pictures on the site were deceiving, showing an oceanside oasis. Think twice before booking.
