Destiny Beach Villas #4A is the top level of a two-story villa that has both Lakeside and Gulf-side balconies spanning the front and back of the home. While relaxing in the living room and kitchen, enjoy stunning Gulf views, or stand on the back balcony for serene views of Four Prong Lake. Stroll right across the street or through the tunnel to the public beach access or take a dip in the gated community pool just steps away. This condo also features calming beach décor, new paint throughout, gorgeous granite countertops, and an open living and dining room area with floor to ceiling windows featuring views of the Gulf! With a brand new King bed in the master bedroom, a new twin over twin bunk in the guest bedroom, and a sleeper sofa, featuring a new gel foam mattress, in the living room, this condo sleeps a total of 6 guests. Un lugar tranquilo y con excelente ubicacion

Es nuestra primera vez de visita en Destin, y de verdad que nos encanto la estadia, es un lugar muy tranquilo y acogedor, con buenas vistas, limpio, organizado y con excelente ubicacion, todo queda cerca, y el servicio es muy bueno, atentos ante cualquier inquietud...lo unica queja que tenemos es que la cama de la habitacion principal no es cĂłmoda, esperamos puedan cambiarla, porque queremos regresar muy pronto...Sin duda alguna es un lugar para recomendar, gracias por todo!!!

Perfect stay

This second floor with a private Cate entrance was amazing. Cute decor; very comfortable beds and very clean. Great location with a view of the beach. Main toilet needs a new in tank mechanism (took forever to refill) but that’s an easy affordable fix. We plan to stay again. Communication with the rental company was quick and helpful!

Beautiful Place

This place was absolutely gorgeous. We had one of the best views of the gulf and beautiful view of the lake as well. You could walk right across the street to the beach. The pull out couch was even surprisingly so comfortable. Easily left with all of our clothes washed, thanks to the washer and dryer in the unit. We stayed with 3 little boys, one in a pack and play. It was perfect for us, and you could even just sit on the couch and enjoy the view. They had the kitchen fully stocked with appliances and everything was very clean. Would stay 100 times again thank you!

The location is amazing! You are right across from the beach and it’s so easy going back and forth. No onbstructed view of the gulf either!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

Great location and enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the parking. We put the parking passes on our dashboards but when we got back from the beach on the first day there was a tow warning on our vehicles. After speaking with the host I guess we had to fill out the pass ( this was not in any of the instructions ) there were other cars with tow warnings as well and they had passes on them that weren't filled out either. After filling out the pass we had no issues.

Great location, good property

Property is in fairly good shape. Washer/dryer is quite old and could be replaced. Rugs were a tripping hazard and definitely need to be replaced as they are rolling up on all edges and everyone in our group tripped on them at least once. I would not attempt to sleep 6 here. It was a little tight with just 2 adults and a toddler. Extremely close to the beach an easy 2 min walk across the street. Great views of the ocean from the small balcony. Parking is great, while not reserved there was no problem finding a space close to the unit. Overall, 4/5.

One of the best!

4A is one of the best villas to stay in. Great views of the gulf and of course Four Prong Lake in the back. An absurdly short walk to the beach. Complimentary beach chair service. The condo it self was really nicely decorated and kept up. The washing machine did give me some troubles. Management was very responsive when needed. I would definitely stay here again! (I’ve stayed in Destiny Beach Villas 3 times now!)

Great spot across from the beach

Overall we had a nice stay and really liked the location. The stay came with two chairs and an umbrella on the beach which was an added bonus that we appreciated. The checkin and checkout process was easy. The unit was clean and we had no issues with parking and felt very safe with the constant patrol of police in the neighborhood. There is a road out front and because the speed limit is low there is no road noise. The condo does not come stocked with useful items like laundry soap, dishwasher pods, trash bags, foil, food storage items, etc. and the water dispenser on the fridge was not working. We managed though and only used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. We would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The views were beautiful. It was easy to check in (we were very late due to traffic). If you rent this villa make sure to bring pillow cases or your own pillows and coffee to get you started the following day.

What a view!!

We had a fantastic stay in the villa! The view was fantastic from the top deck area. The villa was clean and very comfortable. We were located near a lot of very nice, upscale homes, and it was an easy walk to the beach. The views were amazing from front and back decks! We would definitely stay in this area again. There were plenty of towels, and necessities waiting for us and multiple grocery stores nearby in case we needed anything. Even 2 coffee makers! There was a great restaurant just across the street called the Crab Trap that was probably our best meal of the week. The shower was fantastic and the beds were comfortable! Thank you for an amazing stay and thank you VRBO for the communication.
