Enjoy our on-site pickleball court – perfect for guests looking to stay active and have some fun! Whether you're a seasoned player or a beginner, our court is available for all skill levels.



It features two bedrooms and two baths, accommodating up to six guests. The open-concept living area includes a sofa, loveseat, and chair, with beautiful Gulf views through large windows. The cozy kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, which can be enjoyed at the dining table for six. The master suite offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an en suite bath, while the guest suite also features a king bed and a TV. The private balcony, accessible from both the master suite and living room, is perfect for morning coffee and sunrises. A sofa bed in the living room and a stackable washer/dryer add extra convenience during your stay.

Wonderful!

Convenient location, beautiful unit, crystal clear water! Two chairs/umbrella included in rental costs, so you don’t have to haul your own down to the beach. Right next to a shaved ice hut and beach kayak/paddleboard rentals. Nice pool and grill area. Located near lots of great restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment (Big Kahuna’s Water Park, The Track), etc. Our family had a great trip!

My in-laws, teenage daughter and her friend and I all travelled to Cooperstown to watch my son and husband participate in a baseball tournament. The house worked perfect for us. We loved how close to the ballpark it was. My only feedback would be that the restroom on the main floor could use a blind. My in-laws felt like they needed to wait until everyone was in bed to take a shower or use the restroom, especially if we were using the front door.
