Destin on the Gulf Condominiums is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This low rise, 6-story complex offers a gulf front pool, shuffleboard courts, a BBQ grilling area, an exercise room and coin laundry on each floor. With a private boardwalk and walkway, visitors have easy access the sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Paradise is just footsteps away from your room.

Destin on the Gulf Condominiums are nestled directly on the sugar white beaches of Destin Florida, the ideal destination for your next vacation. Our central location offers easy access to Destin's many recreational facilities and entertainment, including dining, fishing, boat cruises, water sport, and golfing.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

Short Beach Stay

This is a very nice condo in a great location. Close to great restaurants and the harbor boardwalk. Very short 100 yard walk to the beach. Clean pool and plenty of parking. Beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this condo.

Perfect location! Loved the clubhouse room down off the lobby we were able to gather with other family members that stayed in different rooms. Loved the book in the room with restaurant ideas and favorite dishes the owners love. Everything we needed for a great stay!!! ❀

Great location , 2 minutes walking to the beach . We also like the easy check- in process . A little improvement, I would say the bed is not as comfortable as I thought it would be . Over all I would give it great!

Unforgettable Destin

Property is just as listed, the view to the beach is awesome, accessibility to property and beach is great. Very welcoming when arriving and very clean. No issues at all will definitely use this property in the near future. We all enjoyed our stay and recommend it 100%. Location is great as well and only allows guests from condos and surrounding owners access to beach, not over crowded at all

Beautiful condo and location

This property is located in Holiday Isle which turned out to be the perfect place! Beaches weren’t too crowded, beach chair service was great, and the condo was beautifully decorated and redone. Did have a couple minor issues with spills/marks on walls from previous tenants and a frying pan put away still somewhat dirty. Contacted the property manager and they immediately responded to notify the cleaning crew. All in all, I would stay here again. The condo was spacious, wonderfully decorated and the beach area was beautiful!

Great Location, Good Unit

Can’t beat the location right off the sands of Destin Beach. The unit was clean, though we weren’t expecting 4 flights of stairs to get to the door
 don’t worry, there is a set of elevators, but plan ahead. The beds were comfortable, and the unit was well kept. Reasons for 4 stars and not 5: there was no beach chair service associated with this unit, there were absolutely no “extras” in the kitchen like you’ll often find at VRBOs (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc), the pots and pans were getting a bit old, and there were no blankets for any of the beds, just sheets! Also, bring some TP, dishwashing pods, a roll of quarters (coin op laundry only, and you need to go outside to access it), and paper towels, because they only provide the bare minimum to get you started. Great for a couple days’ stay, but not for a family of 5 for one week. All in all, it was a cute unit, but we won’t be back because we can often find houses in other locations where you get a bit more bang for your buck.
