Accessible from the private interior elevator lobby, this beautifully designed space features a spacious open layout, custom furnishings, designer finishes, and a gourmet kitchen with Corian countertops.
Condo details:
* Separate laundry room.
* Reserved covered parking.
* The grand room adjoins the kitchen, breakfast bar, and dining room, which flow into the deck featuring two recliners, high-back chairs, and a table. Lots of open space and seating, great for entertaining! Large screen TV and entertainment center. Trey and coffered 9-foot ceilings, & large sliding glass doors.
* All bedrooms walk out to a balcony.
* King-size bed in both the master and the second bedroom.
* Couch folds into a Queen bed.
* Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player.
* Wireless high-speed internet is available.
* Washer/Dryer

Two beautiful lagoon pools with spa.
Silver Beach Towers has building security. Amenities include tennis, gas grills, and an outdoor dining area.


Our unit is located directly across the street from The Track and a short walk to Big Kahuna`s.
Easy access to the Destin Airport.
Less than 1 mile to Destin Commons, Destin’s premier shopping, dining, cinema, and family entertainment complex.
Approximately five miles from Destin`s Silver Sands Factory Stores Outlets. The nation`s largest designer outlet center.

Beach service is available; guest has to pay $30 per day set up fee for beach chairs.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Very clean and well furnished. Enjoyed waking up and walking out to the balcony overlooking the water. Parking was easy and there were a lot of restaurants and things to do close by. Was nice to have two pools and food and drink right on the beach. We had a wonderful stay.

Amenities were great, but the room was rough

Simply put, run down. Carpet stained in multiple areas, appliances worked but had broken handles, etc. WIFI in the room was horrible. All TV's required WIFI streaming/watching anything, but the recommended SSID was for the entire property, not the unit, so it buffered a lot. Likely would never stay at this property again.

Great view but outdated unit

There were several things that needed attention in the unit. Several lamps did not have working light bulbs. Two of the televisions didn't work and there were 2 broken lamp shades. The unit had a musty smell when we arrived. The curtains in the one bedroom were badly torn. The view from the unit was amazing and all the facilities offered on the property were very nice.

We loved our view . We loved the location. property was well kept and clean.

We had a relaxed fun stay. I enjoyed having the beach service. They were very polite and helpful. We were located closely to restaurants gift shops all that were pretty much in walking distance. Will definitely recommend this property.

Perfect location

This condo is in the perfect location to the beach and restaurants. It is just the right size and space for 4 adults. Both bedrooms had king size beds and faced the ocean. Check in was definitely confusing as there wasnt anyone in the office to give us our "package" with the keys and nothing in the locker where said package was supposed to be. The lack of communication with the management company was our only real complaint. They prefer texting instead of an actual phone conversation to resolve our lack of hot water issue.. it was a little frustrating. All in all, we had a great vacation here in Destin.. waterourbeTmanagement company

Three Day Stay

Beautiful facility and great location. Private secured parking space a plus. The check in and checkout process is a little unique but convenient. We stayed in 1002E. The condo is a two bedroom two bath but a bit outdated. Shag carpet in main living area needs to go. There were also a couple of issues with exhaust fans in the bathrooms (need cleaning)

Best view!

We loved our location and view of the room. Clean and spacious rooms. The balcony was the star of the show. The owner also helped out with beach chair rentals which was top notch in my book! Can’t wait to come again!!

Nice place but when we were 10 mins late checking out i got a extremely rude and threatning voice mail and text from Austin at Best Beach stating that if we didnt vacat the room security will be called. Take in mind this is the first call and we were loading our car at about 10:15 when we got it. check out was 10am. I called back no respose just voice mail. I will never stay here again. They also tried charging me for beach services that i never received.
