4th Floor: TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATHROOM GULF VIEW.
There are new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen as well as new furniture in the living room. The new owners have taken the time to add special touches to this unit. It has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico, pool area and the Pavilion. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower/tub. The Guest Bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a double size bed. The second bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The glass doors from the living area and the master bedroom open out to the balcony that has Bar Height seating so that you can enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony. There is also diagonally laid Porcelain tile throughout the unit.
