Located in the heart of Destin. We travelled due to PG Baseball World Series and were very closed to the fields, the beach, food places and everything else.The hosts communicated with us all the time and were very amicable.

Wonderful experience

Since the day of our booking the owners were very responsive so we knew that we had nothing to worry about during our stay. The unit was clean and looked exactly like the picture, everything in the unit was perfect.The location is great as it’s in the center of Destin conveniently next to stores, restaurant, beaches and family entertainment places.The pools were very well maintained, had the perfect water temperature and never got too crowded. The lake has ducks and turtles making it reallyEnjoyable to walk the complex with the kids.I would definitely stay here again!

Fall break getaway

Overall it was a good trip. When we first got there we found that one bed wasn’t quite as clean as needed to be but within the hour the host had someone over to remedy that. The only other issues we had were minor
.the coffee pots didn’t work (okay maybe that’s a major one 😂) 2 of the three pools were closed (the heated pool being one of them) for the whole stay for maintenance which was a bummer for our kids.

Perfect location

This was probably the cleanest VRBO I've stayed in over the years. A/C very comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Destin. We were in walking distance of many places and biking distance of everywhere else. The interior was lovely. Very well stocked kitchen with all cooking needs, even an air fryer. All was as advertised. Hosts were very responsive. The exterior is just a parking lot, but there is a lake with a bridge a few steps away and we enjoyed watching the dozens of turtles who live there. This was a great place for our last minute getaway - we were lucky to find an opening between other guests that fit our days!

Had a great stay, had everything we needed. Close to beaches (Henderson, Fort Walton). Close to entertainment. Would give this five stars if the insulation was better. Very noisy neighbors - 8 year old couldn’t sleep most nights due to TV simply being on from a neighbor’s room. Also no patio, balcony in this condo. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable and cozy condo!

The entire process was smooth and easy. The sofas were much more comfortable than our timeshare ones, a great welcome after a fun day out around Destin area. Lovely Stay

The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! The beds were amazingly comfortable! There is not a beach access for this community so you have to drive. However, it’s only a couple of minutes, lots of parking, and there are bathrooms and outside showers to clean off sand and salt! We had a wonderful stay!
