La Vista is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with over 1,150 square feet of living space, located on the 3rd floor of the Poolside Villas complex on Holiday Isle in Destin. This quiet and gated community offers the perfect blend of comfort, views, and convenience. With elevator access, this condo is easily accessible and ideal for families, couples, or small groups.

The condo features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, private balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom offers twin bunk beds and access to a shared full bathroom. A queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room allows the unit to comfortably sleep up to six guests. The condo also includes a stacked washer and dryer, flat-panel HDTV, and free Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances and all the essentials for preparing meals or snacks after a day at the beach. A dining table seats four guests, and there’s additional seating at the breakfast bar. Step out onto your private balcony for stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, the Destin East Pass, and the jetties—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

Poolside Villas offers direct access to 205 feet of sugar-white sand and is just steps from some of the best snorkeling and fishing spots in Destin. Guests also enjoy a community pool, BBQ grills.

The condo is just a short drive or bike ride from Destin’s popular restaurants, shops, and the Harbor Boardwalk, yet far enough to offer a peaceful retreat. Free uncovered parking is available onsite.

There is no physical check-in required. Guests will receive an email and text message seven days before arrival with a unique code and check-in instructions.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent and present for the duration of the stay—no exceptions. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
