SunDestin 1211 is a Gulf Front, 1BR/1.5BA condo in the heart of Destin. This beautiful 12th floor condo has floor to ceiling beach views from the living room, kitchen, and balcony! There’s a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. Splash around in the indoor and outdoor pool, catch some rays on the sugar white sand beach, or relax on the beachfront balcony! Come see why SunDestin 1211 is a Destin favorite!

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. Amazing condo and location!

The condo had everything we could need right at our fingertips, it was so clean and close to everything, especially the beach! Not to mention the stunning views. We met the manager on our way out and she was very sweet!

Quick Getaway

We enjoyed the stay here very much. The room was clean and nice, and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. The gulf view from the balcony was terrific and keeps us coming back to Destin. The outdoor pool was under construction during our stay, but we prefer the beach anyway.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Everyone was very pleasant at the property including the rental service for umbrellas/chairs. This unit was wonderful and fully furnished. We enjoyed our stay. However, the bed definitely needs replaced. I kindly mentioned it to the front desk staff upon checkout. Sundestin is a great resort.

Just the two of us!

My husband and I started traveling alone last year. We Deckard now that the kids are older we deserve time to ourselves and that time always consists of the gulf, white sand, and 10 days! Everything about our stay was excellent! Very clean and pleasant. Staff was kind and always smiling! We really enjoyed our stay!

Great place to stay

This was a great place. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Location was clean and very friendly. One of the cleanest places we have stayed in Destin. Was able to see pods of Dolphins swimming by in the mornings from our balcony. My only suggestion would be to get a different mattress for the king bed. We would stay here again!!!
