This spacious townhome comfortably sleeps 10 with its King bed, 2 Queens bed, Full bed, Twin over Twin bunkbeds, 1 sleeper sofa, and an Air Mattress. Enjoy stunning harbor views from the private decked area, dock your boat at the guest accessible private boat slip, or take a short walk to the nearby private beach access. Boat docking is available at the property, for boats no bigger than 24 feet. Pet friendly w/ additional fee.

Walk to Destin's most beautiful beaches, the jetties, and Norriego Point. Enjoy panoramic views of Destin Harbor, Harborwalk Village and fireworks from your huge elevated deck over the water. Just a 5 minute walk to O'Steen Beach where you can enjoy the white sand, calm swimming area and the jetties. You can also use the private Holiday Isle beach gate less than a mile away.

Boating, Beach, Sun & Fun!

This home is perfect for a family who loves the water! The boat slip and location were really convenient. We had six adults (3 generations) in our family, the numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone a comfortable amount of space.

Great views with amazing sunsets!

As nice as the townhome is on the interior, we found ourselves outside enjoying the views, sunsets, and boat slip as much as possible. Updated, comfortable, and close to everything in downtown Destin especially along the harbor. The private beach access was never crowded and made for some memorable days on the beach! Can't wait to get back next March, if not sooner!

Beautiful Home with Boat Slip!

We enjoyed everything about this home. It was updated and in the heart of Destin Close to everything. We loved that we could take the water taxi everywhere on the Destin Harbor and plan to take out boat next trip. The beach access was nearby and loved taking walks down the beach. We will definitely book again!

Best Trip Ever!!

Thank you ECVR for hosting the best Valentine's Day trip. Even with bring the kids this was the best place to make our quick getaway special. We were able to have a romantic dinner together. Thank you for the great recommendation by the way!!! The family time was special as well. This is just the best break away from the rush of our lives. We cannot wait to come again. We hope to see you for the 4th of July. We heard the fireworks are spectacular from the deck.
