IR 314 is a Stunning 2 BR Gulfview - Recently Renovated and 60" Flat Screen

Beginning in late August 2025 until May 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

Take a look at this stunning two bedroom, two bathroom beach side condo at Inlet Reef, room 314. The owner has spared no expense in ensuring this beautifully decorated third floor unit will make your next Destin vacation a perfect, relaxing experience.

The living room offers a 60 inch Flat Screen Smart TV, Blu Ray/DVD Player, comfortable seating with the sofa becoming a Queen Sofa Sleeper, and Balcony access. The living room seating is arranged to maximum your view of the beach.

The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware you would need to cook a quick meal before hitting the pool or beach. The kitchen has all full size Kenmore appliances and a Washer and Dryer located in the adjacent nook.

The Guest Bedroom has a Full size bunkbed and a 32 in Flat screen SMART TV. The Guest Bathroom is a Full Standard bathroom with adult height vanity, comfort height commode, and Combination shower/bathtub.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, 40 in Flat screen SMART TV, large walk-in closet, and Balcony access. The Master On-Suite Bathroom has a  large vanity and dressing area, double sinks, adult height vanity, comfort height commode, and walk-in shower.

This condo also have free wireless internet.

Quiet, Clean & Convenient

This property is in a great location, on the beach and not far from things you may need. It’s an easy walk down to the beach, pool, or parking. The unit is large and spacious with an elevator right outside the unit. The view of the beach is great. When a problem came up with the ac unit they were very prompt on bringing portables and getting the unit fixed. The complex was quiet and it’s located in a nice area. We would definitely stay again.
