Inlet Reef 301 is an absolutely stunning 3 BR - completely remodeled Gulf Front

Beginning in late August 2025 until September 2026 Inlet Reef will under go an extensive waterproofing project. This project will consist of balconies being worked on and windows being replaced. In additional to exterior work there will be walkway sealing done. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris could occur as well. Balconies may be inaccessible as well as views obstructed. Discounts will not be give for construction related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

If you are looking for unobstructed beach views, look no further. As you enter this third floor corner unit, you are immediately greeted by spectacular views to the south and west of the gorgeous emerald green waters.

Inlet Reef 301 is a three bedroom unit with water views from every room.
The open and large kitchen has quartz countertops, soft closing drawers, and Samsung appliances. The refrigerator has an ice and water dispenser. There are all the pots, pans, silverware and dishes needed to cook your favorite meal. The large dining table seats 8 comfortably and there is additional bar seating for 3.
The living room boasts magnificent views through large floor to ceiling windows of the beach, a large sofa, 2 swivel chairs, a 65 inch flat screen Smart TV, a DVD player and balcony access.
The main bedroom has a king bed, a smart flat screen tv, and balcony access. The main bathroom has two sinks, one with a large vanity area and a walk in shower.
The first guest bedroom has 2 full beds with a wall mounted flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a single on the top. The second bedroom also has a wall mounted flat screen TV.
The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The hexagonal balcony has the most incredible gulf front views. There is a table with seating for 4 and 2 additional Adirondack chairs. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, watch the boats go out in the morning, the dolphins swim past or the sunset in the evening.

Beautiful gulf front condo!

My sister, and our 3 girls went for spring break and it was amazing! Everyday all throughout the day you could see dolphins! The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning! Love the heated pool and the very short walk down to the beach! All the beds were very comfortable with high end pillows, bedding and linen.

Spring break 2025

We have come to Destin every year for several years and typically stay at the same place because it is hard sometimes to determine accurate description. This year my son who was stationed in Pensacola was coming to stay for a few days before deployment so i hurriedly scrambled to find a place large enough for us all. I was cautiously optimistic based a description but it is exactly as described. Right on beach, was able to utilize gym every morning and it was gated gated

Fantastic Place

We loved this condo, it was the perfect size for our family of 5. We loved the views from all of the windows and how modern and updated the unit was. Our only issues were that the bathtub did not drain well and the kitchen lacked some utensils but overall we would go back in a heartbeat! We had the best time!!
