Owner/manager of the unit should have gone through and confirmed that everything was working properly prior to our arrival. 1. Diverter valve in one bathroom bathtub didn't function properly resulting in inability to use shower head. A plumber was called in to repair the problem.2. The garbage disposal was jammed and a maintenance person had to be brought in to free it up. Once done it was found later that the disposal was not functioning properly. A plumber had to be brought in to replace it.3. Upon arrival the bedroom closet in one bedroom needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. Cleaning staff had to be brought in to correct.4. Upon arrival it was found that a number of pillows needed pillow cases. Cleaning staff put the cases on during their visit to clean the closet.5. There were no coat hangers in one of the closets. The cleaning staff added them when they arrived to clean the closet.6. TV's didn't work as it appeared the batteries needed replacing in the remote controls. A maintenance worker had to be called in to correct the problem.7. There were three floor fans in one of the bedrooms due to the fact there was no ceiling fan.Two of the three did not work. New fans had to be delivered after check-in.8. We were not informed that the the main pool was drained and not useable.9. Just prior to our arrival we were told the entire complex was being painted. Each day we had to walk through clouds of paint fumes and solvents due to sanding. A discount should be offered..
