Luxury Vacation Rental. Great Location to the Beach, Harbor & Shopping

Paraiso (means paradise) is just steps away from the sugar white sand beaches and gorgeous emerald waters of Destin, Florida. We are located within the gated community of Villages of Crystal Beach subdivision, a tropical, family-oriented community of upscale homes, situated 2 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. Walk the 500 yards to the beach, or hop on the free, seasonal trolley (spring break, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend). We are also located across from Destin Commons, which features over 100 shops and restaurants, movie theater and pop-up water fountains - always popular with the kids.

The pool and spa area is unbelievable, something you'd find in a world class resort. The lagoon style pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clean water, with a walk-in area, three waterfalls, spa and lavish landscaping, and plenty of sitting areas for your group to enjoy. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a Tiki Bar to help you relax and get in the beach groove.

House is completely appointed with everything you'll need while renting! It is nicely furnished and beautifully decorated with all new mattresses, beds, bedding and furniture. Downstairs has bamboo flooring and kitchen and bathrooms all have granite countertops and nice cabinetry.

You will enjoy the two master suites available, the one on the first floor has a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second master is on the second floor, with its own bathroom and shower. The two masters allow for two families to stay comfortably. The two master bedrooms each have king sized bed, one guest room has a queen bed, and access to the covered balcony, and the 4th bedroom has one bunk bed (twin over twin) and a twin size day bed. The 4th bedroom also has its own 32inch LCD TV and DVD player. You will enjoy pillow top mattresses on every bed.

Living room has a brand new 65inch smart LED TV with HULU, Disney+, and ESPN+. Dining room seats 8-10 with 2 bar stools and fully stocked kitchen. Additionally, there is a loft area on the second floor where you will find the second living area with a queen sized sofa bed for additional sleeping. Young and older ones can enjoy 52 inch LCD TV and board games. This home has a full size washer and dryer on the second floor.

Reservations must be made by an adult over the age of 25 with a valid credit card and driver's license, and this adult must be staying in the property. This is a strictly smoke free and pet free home.

Great Time

Throughly enjoyed our week at the Paraiso House! Close to the beach, great restaurants nearby, large lagoon pool all icing on the cake. House was perfect for our size family. Kids loved the bunk beds, teens loved their private rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook food and even came with beach toys and boogie boards to use at the beach. Definitely recommend and would love to come back next year.

Everything about the property was perfect for spring break with 17 year old girls. They were close to the beach and other friends in town, but had the safety of a heated pool in a gated community. Host was amazing and accommodating with every question and request. Trolley to the beach was available upon calling but the walk to the beach was quick and easy

Your house was perfect for our 2 families to enjoy spring break! The house was very clean, there was space for all of us to have down time if we needed. Great place to stay!

Good location in a gated community - felt safe. Fun for a bachlorette party or taking the family for a getaway. Plenty to do and see in the area. Bars are on the complete other side of the Destin strip - so a good 10 - 30 minutes away depending on traffic. Very close to Whole Foods and Publix. You will need to bring your own pool towels, extra paper towels and toilet paper - limited supply there. Call Nick at Elite Transportation 850-706-5758 for shuttle/Uber service in the area. He was very accommodating and trustworthy.

Nice Getaway.

Overall we were not disappointed; description was accurate, clean and well maintained. The reviews about parking and rules at the pool are also accurate, we had to play car tetris but it was expected. Neighborhood was quite and easy access to grocery store and restaurants. If I visit again I likely will not stay in this neighborhood again due to parking, but the kids did love the pool.

Wedding vacation

Absolutely amazing! Everyone was comfortable. It was nice to be able to do our laundry so we didn't have to pack heavy, close to the beach, we were able to grill, It took about 12 minutes to walk to the beach. The pool on property was absolutely beautiful! Is smoke alarm was chirping when we got there. We let the owner know and maintenance was out there within the next 24 hours to fix it. The ice cream truck made its rounds every evening through the community. At home we live in the middle of nowhere so the kids thought that was fascinating! We absolutely would stay here again!

Family Fun

The house was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 and our friends’ family of 4. Another family could have stayed comfortably as well because there was an entire bedroom we did not use. The location was perfect for the kids- the neighborhood was quiet and the streets were not busy at all. Families were walking, riding bikes, and playing in the streets. The pool was amazing with a zero entry side that was great for small kids. The pool has plenty of space and chairs so we never felt crowded. The beach was only a short golf cart ride away. I would highly recommend this house. The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions we had.

We had so much fun at this property. It was the perfect size for our group, 6 adults and 3 children. It was a quick walk to the pool, quick walk or bus ride to the beach, and easy to get out and about to get groceries. We couldn’t find the bedding for the pull out and the property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful. Someone with our state license plate was parked on the street and the property manager even called to warn us (even though the car wasn’t ours). This was our first trip to Destin, and we now know where we are going every year. The pool was great as long as you make sure to read and follow the rules. We did get slapped on the hand for our small children bringing toys that weren’t allowed into the pool, but it was an easy fix. Will 11/10 try to get this house next year, it was great!

Beautiful location

We were close to the pool and the house accommodated all 7 adults and 3 small children 4 and under The furniture could be updated in the living room for sure, you sink in the couch when you sit down and the cushions never stay in place The company they have clean does a terrible job, there were black mold in the jets of the hot tub / bath in the down stairs bathroom couldn’t even let the children bath down there There was a shirt that was between the wall and bunk bed that who knows how long it’s been there and there was some trash under the daybed as well The queen size bedroom had what felt like sand all over the floor and the rug down stairs needs to either be replaced or cleaned , to dirty to have baby play on the rug with tummy time Maybe the owners aren’t aware of what these cleaners aren’t going
