The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 503’s contemporary features and plush furnishings are the perfect combination to complement your next Destin vacation.

The master bathroom features a Kohler soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanity, and pebbled flooring. The first guest bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen TV. This guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom features a queen beds and a flat-screen TV. This was the most beautiful condo and exceeded every expectation. Every detail down to the towels was perfect. The layout of the condo was perfect for 5-7 people. Three full bathrooms were a plus and it was so spacious we all had plenty of room. The kitchen had everything a person would need plus more. The pool area was clean and the proximity to the beach was so close. We would make the 14 hour drive again just to stay here.

Furniture is okay, comfortable but showing signs of wear. Beds are good, bedrooms are spacious. Appliances are old, except for the dishwasher. Washer is disgustingly rusty and moldy. Dryer takes forever to dry even a few towels. TVs worked after a maintenance call to reset them for cable connections. Front door lock was horrible, taking several tries to get it to unlock with the keys, even maintenance said it needed replacing.The gulf view is incredible! The pools, hot tubs, and pool areas are well maintained. The beach area is wonderful and well maintained. Caution though, there’s no beach access for those with limitations or who can’t climb stairs.

If I could give this property more stars, I would. We stayed there last week and loved it. The condo was perfect. The onsite staff were friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints (other than the kitchen couold use a few more spoons). I definitely recommend this condo for your next trip to Destin!

Beautiful views of beach from living room, kitchen, master bedroom, and master bathroom. Condo as described, no surprises. Layout of complex slightly confusing upon arrival, but easy to navigate after becoming familiar. Elevators are very fast and property is well maintained.

We were pleasantly surprised at house nice the grounds and beach was. Only problem I had was with the listing not explaining the beach rental process. We had no choice but to rent, we’re unable to bring chairs or awning we were told. 440.00 additional cost we didn’t know about. The place itself is really nice and we loved our stay there.

As advertised, condo was clean and well appointed. I did not report the few things that needed attention. The balcony screesns are out of track and unable to close, also the screening is coming out. Also the handle in the kitchen sink is about to fall off.

Nice place with beautiful ocean views

The online pictures don't do this place justice. It's actually a lot nicer than the pictures lead you to believe. Maybe it's the blue couches, which are actually very nice as well. The place feels new and luxury. Ocean views are incredible form the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. White sand beaches with crystal clear blue water. Reminded me of the Caribbean. Great location near restaurants, activities, shopping and supermarket.

Perfect Condo for a Family Vacation

This property was the perfect location for our family of 4. This was our first trip to the Destin area and we were very pleased with this property. The condo was very clean and looked exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the beach front location and the easy access to the beach. We would definitely stay in this condo again.
