The Tipsea Turtle, located at the tip of Holiday Isle, is full of brand-new beachy furnishings and offers a safe and fun place for your family to visit!
You ll feel comfy and cozy with all the new furnishings from head-to-toe! Some of our favorite perks of this condo are the views of the Destin pass where you can see fishing boats going in and out, a huge outdoor balcony, and plenty of space for the whole family to settle in and relax.

Your living area offers a sleeper sofa, large TV and amazing sitting chairs. There s a full-size kitchen with everything that you need to make a homemade meal (no consumables), while a 4 seater high-top table and barstools offer ample space for dining. There s even a full-size washer and dryer hidden in the entryway so you don t have to leave the condo to knock out any laundry!

The master suite hosts a dreamy king size bed, large closet, and smart TV, and your guest suite has 2 brand new built-in queen bunk beds (plus a closet)! The guest room also has 2 separate smart TVs making this a kiddo s dreamland! Please note that cable service is only provided in the living room.
Your ensuite master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and toilet; the guest bath in the hallway has a shower/tub combo, single vanity, and toilet.

One of the main draws to this condo is the lively vibe and action across the harbor. You can catch fishing boats going in and out each day, and beware of the pirate ship that may shoot a cannon or two as they drift by for buried treasure (no real cannons, but you will hear the BOOM!) During season, you ll find East Pass is the perfect spot to catch the weekly fireworks, presented by Harborwalk Village. With so much action day and night, it s important to remember that you may experience some tunes and good vibes audible late into the night from Destin s nightlife.

Holiday Isle is the perfect place to take a walk, run, or bike ride - with 2.5 miles of paved trails, palm trees, and salty air.

East Pass has access to a private, protected beach inlet facing the Destin Pass. You may also walk over to Norriego Point where you ll find sandy beaches and little coves for swimming! If you re looking for a Gulf-front beach, Henderson Beach State Park and James Lee Park by the Crab Trap restaurant are both short drives away.
