Out of the Blue is a luxury beach cottage in the Crystal Beach community of Destin, Florida. The home is located a short walk, (0.2 miles, approximately a 3-minute walk) from the beach access and beach chair set-up for guests of Crystal Beach! Enjoy a large private pool and beautiful 8-person hot tub with family and friends. The backyard also features a large, covered patio with a grill, comfortable seating, and a large flat screen TV. It's the perfect setting for family fun, group get-togethers, football weekends, and more! Inside the home, there is plenty of space for family and friends to gather between five bedrooms, a bonus room, a bunk nook, four bathrooms, and plenty of living space.

This house is amazing! Guests can get cozy on the plush sectional and watch movies on the 65" TV with Sonos® sound system throughout the house. The beautiful, gourmet kitchen impresses with white-washed cabinets, black-leathered granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner gas range, a 42” wide farmhouse sink, and a center island for additional food-prep space. There is a breakfast bar that seats five as well as a formal dining room with a table that seats 12. The laundry room also includes extra food and beverage storage with second refrigerator.

The first floor hosts a king suite, a guest suite with two queens, and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks. The king suite has its own private bathroom, and the guest suite shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The second floor hosts the lavish primary suite, a king suite, bonus room, and bunk nook. The primary suite features vaulted ceilings, beautiful wood floors, and a sitting room with a comfortable sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Off of the primary bedroom is a large, shady balcony where guests can enjoy the cool, coastal breeze. The private primary bathroom is spa-like with a custom-tiled walk-in shower, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in closet.

And finally, you will LOVE the location, which is only a 3-minute walk across to the beach entrance, less than a mile to Destin Commons and grocery shopping, and a short walking/biking/golf cart distance to restaurants and shops. Plus, there are four parking spaces, and each rental includes four free bikes! Ahhhh...you're almost there!
