Itâs a nice little place. The pool area is really nice. The restaurant on-site is also really nice. You can grab coffee, snacks, or a full meal. However: -The floor was very sandy, as if the cleaning staff never swept, vacuumed or mopped upon check-in. This was before we ever even visited the beach so the sand was not from us. -Condo smelled like smoke; every time we walked in, you could smell it. -The door knob going into the guest bathroom fell off every time we used it. -The living room sofa was not comfortable at all.-There was mold inside the ice dispenser. I noticed and cleaned it off. -We did not have access to pull right up to the door for loading/unloading. There were carts available but there was no ramp in order to push/pull cart from parking lot into parking garage, which was the only option for parking. Overall, the location is nice and the condo property itself is clean and well-kept. We enjoyed our stay.
