The open floor plan is inviting for entertaining throughout the kitchen, dining & living room with tall floor to ceiling windows. Two sliding doors off both the living room and master bedroom allow access to the balcony with distant views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and beautiful Destin skyline.



The living room features a large flat screen TV with a sleeper sofa and recliner chair, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies and play games. The dining room table offers seating for (4) with counter seating for (3). The kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and offering a coffee maker for your brewing pleasure.



The Master Bedroom is bright and spacious and features floor to ceiling windows with a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, step-in shower/tub combo and commode. The Guest Bedroom is furnished with a twin over full bed, flat screen TV and closet. The Guest Bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, step-in shower, and commode. The living room provides additional sleeping accommodations on a queen sleeper sofa. A stackable washer/dryer combo is in the guest bedroom closet.

A time was had!

The stay was so beautiful! And the view was amazing especially watching the sunset. I loved they and more than one type of coffee maker as well as plenty of dishes and food containers which helped so much when we would pack food for the beach! The kids enjoyed the pool and the activities nearby. You could walk to many things or like I did drive.

Palms Floor 11 Destin Baseball and Vaca Stay

Our experience was great. The resort is clean and well staffed. The location was amazing if you're not doing on the beach this is a GREAT option! Our room was spacious and had a great view with a sizable porch to enjoy it on. We did wish there was a bit more detail about what was available as "stock" if you will in the kitchen. Usually we find salt, pepper and maybe some other spices but there were none available. The shakers were completely seized up from the humidity. But, other than that we have no concerns. We'd book here again for sure.

Great Family Vacation

The condo was as expected and worked well for our family. The location was also a perfect distance to beaches and grocery stores as we did have to make a few trips. The kids loved the pool, especially the heated pool and hot tub as the weather was a little chilly. Great experience and would recommend.

Spring Break

This place was a great location for our family spring break. Short walk to the beach. The pool was really nice (although cold) My only complaint would be the amount of children in the hot tub so adults couldn't enjoy it. The condo was clean and close to a lot of great places.

Easy and reliable transaction

My family and I enjoyed staying at this location. Hosts where reliable and quick to respond when we had inquiries. The rental was everything we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed the size of the pool, helped with not being super crowded. The distance to the beach and nearby stores was perfect. Confortable beds and super cozy recliner made our end of the day smooth as we were exhausted from all the day activities.

The property was exactly what we wanted, we chose to enjoy Destin poolside rather than beach side so the property not being directly on the beach was no issue. The kitchen had many amenities that suited our need for cooking at home.

Great stay. Good location, but a little far from the actual beach. Right in the middle of lots of restaurants, though. The remote for the TV in the living room didn't work the whole time. We were able to use it by the buttons on the TV. The master bed was very comfy.

Excellent stay

We loved this property. It was very clean. The small bonus room with bunk bed was great for the children. Included was a bunch of small necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs). The pool was very nice. We drove down to Henderson state park (6$ per car per day) and it was very nice and clean. Only a couple miles away. Location was very close to wal mart, the track, urban air, Fudpucker’s, etc. about a 10-15 min drive to the Boardwalk.

Nice place, good location. My only complaint is not having any necessities provided such as coffee grounds/filters, laundry soap or dryer sheets, and basic seasonings like salt/pepper. I did purchase all of those items but it seemed wasteful. I donated dryer sheets and a beach umbrella to the place for future use. Other than that small inconvenience, I loved the place.

Great family vacation spot

Room/condo was cute, renovated and perfect for a big blended family of 7. Lots to do in the area. We were able to cook in for a few meals to save money. Then eat out and enjoy the culture of Destine for the rest. Beach was close. We enjoyed going later in the day when the heat of the sun was dissipating. Pool was perfect for our children’s age ranges of 8-16. Often times the youngest would stay to swim with one adult while the older kids would enjoy some of the sites and adventures. Wonderful place to stay for a wonderful vacation. Would definitely rent again.

Lacking Beach Feel

Let me start by saying the condo was nice and the pool was fantastic. However, saying this has a gulf view is a lie. We overlooked parking lots, restaurants and saw a sliver of the ocean between buildings probably on the beach. We were upset and sad the entire week over this, but for our kids made the best of it.

Great location! Room was as advertised. The cons I have is the walk in shower had mold in the grout. The tub was noy draining properly. So I emailed the management and I didn't hear anything back. When we came back to the room it was fixed. We weren't told that anyone was coming. eas

Beautiful and clean condo

The condo was very nice and clean. The beds were super comfy. It also had a nice new washer and dryer that I wasn't expecting so I was extremely happy. I would highly recommend 21114. We went over spring break so the resort was very busy. Our tower also took a beating as there was cracked tiles outside the elevator and missing numbers inside the elevator that weren't there when we checked in. The parking structure and elevators had a lot of congestion and were a little inconvenient at times. The large lagoon pool was very cold and the small heated pool and hot tubs were very crowded. The splash pad and kid pool weren't working or turned on, which was a bummer as I have little kids. Another complaint is that non of the main entry doors were automatic or had handicap openers, which is hard to open while pushing a cart or stroller.
