This 3-bedroom, 2-bath penthouse unit, "Top DESTINation", sleeps 8 and is perched on the top floor of The Palms of Destin's Tower 2 and has everything needed for an unforgettable getaway with breathtaking views.


The Palms of Destin PH 21217 features floor-to-ceiling windows that display stunning views from every room, and the wraparound balcony is accessible from the bedrooms and the spacious living area. The master suite offers a king-sized bed with a private bathroom, while one guest bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and the other guest room has a queen bed. For additional guests, there is a pull-out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and is large enough to make cooking a pleasure if you're not visiting one of the countless numbers of restaurants in Destin. But don't forget the on-site restaurant if you are not up to driving.


The Palms of Destin is known for having the largest zero-entry lagoon pool in Destin. Five waterfalls, swaying palm trees, and a children's splash area make relaxation a breeze. Choose one of five pools to swim in. During those chilly months, you'll find a heated pool and hot tub. Other amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center, basketball courts, two lighted tennis courts with complimentary equipment, an on-site restaurant, bar, and coffee shop, a resort spa, and a free shuttle (seasonal) to take you to the beach, shopping at the Destin Commons, and to HarborWalk Village.

Nice, clean condo with great views. One of the upsides for this place is the coffee shop, bar/restaurant on the main floor. Unfortunately, unbeknownst to us, those places were not open a majority of the time of our stay since it was off season. Not the fault of the condo, just a bummer for us. Condo is very spacious...only recommendation would be offering beach chairs and necessities like that for those who are traveling via plane and can't bring those things.

Palms of Destin was AWESOME!

The Palms was so perfect for our family of 5! We enjoyed being so close to everything & the pools were so enjoyable!! The only bad part was the public beach across the rd. It’s so tiny & so packed. We had to drive to Miramar Beach to enjoy the beach & it was beautiful! We will definitely be going back to the area next year!

The property was immaculate. The view of the gulf was absolutely beautiful. There were 6 of us and we were never crowded. They kept in contact but it was too much. The walk to the beach was short. The shuttle was a nice option too. I hope we get the same place next year.

Nice property. Need a larger fry pan, a couple garbage bags to start and a nice mopping of the kitchen otherwise great staff at the front desk and has everything you need. A nice beach umbrella foruae would be wonderful.

Penthouse with a pool and a view

Spacious three bedroom with lots of room to move, full kitchen and dining, with Roku in every room. Pretty clean. Internet does not work, but thankfully the Internet next door did. Matthew came to check on it and was super nice. Everyone on the phone were nice too. Pool was great, but crowded. 1 min drive to beach. Public beach access was crowded, however we walked up the beach past the private beach and found less crowded public beach. Walked to some food, shopping, and attractions. Short drive to great restaurants, shopping, golf, and parasailing. Overall, great stay, especially when the weather cooperated.

Great pool, but was closed some while we’re were there due to a bad storm the day we got there. Close to the beach. Condo was nice. Cooking Appliances and pans need updated. Beds were very comfortable and each room was very spacious. I would stay again but Destin is definitely going down hill.

Beach Trip

Decided to make a quick beach trip the day after Christmas! Booking was easy, was able to get an early check in and the views were great! It was around great attractions and the pool area and the restaurant on site were awesome! I would stay again!

Week long family vacation

Condo, location, amenities were all great. My only complaint was the broken mattress in one of the three bedrooms. It was visibly leaning on one side, causing my son to roll almost on top of me...all creating a backache the entire five nights. If the mattress is replaced I would book that condo again!

Location! Location! Location!

What I didn't know before coming here is that Compass Resorts owns the property, Glass Casa owns this condo rental. So I really have 2 separate reviews. The entire property could use a overhaul, deep clean and update to carpet. Pool and hot tub were nice, loved that it stayed open until 11. The Palms Bistro was being renovated (why during the busiest season??) so the food was all handled through the bartender, food was good but service was extremely slow, workers were overworked. The condo itself was really nice but also needs to be cleaned and detailed. One of the living room balcony doors was broke and the garbage disposal did not work so we could not those. One of our sinks did not drain but they had maintenance come out to repair, Anna did a great job! The penthouse views and balcony was amazing!! Location to June White Decker park and Henderson beach were perfect! Close to shopping and groceries as well. Supplies included: pots, pans, griddle, silverware, plastic bowl, bath towels, fold out queen bed, tv in each room, as well as fresh and clean bedding for each room.
