Destin on the Gulf 206 is a gulf front 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that is located directly on the beach! This beautiful condo features a master bedroom with a king bed, flat screen TV and a gorgeous beach views! The guest bedroom has two full beds and the living room has gulf views, balcony access, and a sleeper sofa accommodating up to 6 guests comfortably! Offering convenient beach access just steps away and boasting a private balcony for enjoying the salty breeze, Destin on the Gulf 206 is the prime spot for your next Destin vacation!

Destin on the Gulf Condominiums is located directly on the beach in exclusive Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida, which is a peninsula surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor. This low rise, 6-story complex offers a gulf front pool, shuffleboard courts, a BBQ grilling area, an exercise room and coin laundry on each floor. With a private boardwalk and walkway, visitors have easy access the sugar-white sandy beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Paradise is just footsteps away from your room.

Our central location offers easy access to Destin's many recreational facilities and entertainment, including dining, fishing, boat cruises, water sport, and golfing.

Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest!  Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop.

We had an excellent experience at this property! The beach was easily accessible, we loved sitting on the balcony with the beautiful view and we even saw dolphins early in the morning. The kitchen had all the basic necessities and more. The unit was clean and smelled good, the beds were very comfortable. If we ever come back to Destin we definitely will be staying here again.

My girlfriends and I had the best time at our recent stay here from March 24 to 31!The condo had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathroom and even had some beach chairs for us to use!Not enough can be said about the amazing location being so close to the beautiful beach and a walk or Uber away from many wonderful seafood restaurants!We spent mornings with coffee on the balcony listening to the ocean waves!All was clean with ample amount of towels and bedding!Thanks for a wonderful experience!We will be back!!!

The view is great. My only complaint is 2 times during my stay I had men at my door with different maintenance request that I didn't ask for. I don't think you should have to worry about people being in you room on vacation with all your things in there. I paid them not the other way around.

Went end of Oct/Nov no one was hardly there. Great weather 80. The only thing I wish is that the pool was heated.Great restaurants near by. Friendly locals!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Having the view of the ocean and quick access to the beach was great. It’s within a few short driving minutes to area attractions and dining. The pool was too cold to make use of but we did make use of the weight room and shuffleboard. I would stay here again.

Wonderful Condo

We loved the condo and it’s location! The furniture in the living room could use a little updating but other than that the condo was perfect. Comfortable beds and had a full kitchen of utensils and new appliances! We will absolutely be staying again in the future!
