Enter into the expertly appointed living room with a huge comfortable sectional sofa and large TV to watch the game or your favorite show.  The open concept continues into the dining area with room for up to 10 to enjoy a meal making memories around the large dining table with chairs and a bench.  Stop by the coffee bar for a pick-me-up before you arrive in the light, bright kitchen with brand new stainless appliances and a gorgeous marble backsplash and countertops.  Also on the first floor is a roomy laundry room with full size washer and dryer for your convenience.
Upstairs you'll find the sleeping quarters starting with a bright coastal guest room with a King bed and large flat screen TV.  Another guest bedroom serves as fun cozy quarters for kids and kids at heart with whimsical decor, a large closet, and another large flat screen TV.  Between the guest rooms is a newly renovated and spacious guest bath with a tub/shower combo.
Find your peace as you enter the calming Master suite.  A stately king bed and sun-kissed Nantucket style furnishings welcome you as you find your way into the brand new Master bath where you'll enjoy two individual vanities with sinks and storage.  Don't forget to hop in your luxury shower with built-in bluetooth speaker built into in the exhaust fan for your enjoyment - ready to connect!  Venture out onto your private balcony to overlook the peaceful street or enjoy a sunset with your favorite beverage after a day at the beach.
Perhaps the most charming aspect of Emerald Seahorse is the outdoor living area surrounding the pool - who wouldn't want to dine al fresco on the covered patio, watch a game at the poolside tiki bar, or go for a dip in the pool on a warm summer day?   From there, head into the garage game room that features a comfy couch, large flat screen TV, Pac Man arcade game, foosball table, and shuffleboard table all ready to enjoy while the occasional afternoon summer shower passes by.
This stunning cottage has complimentary Wifi and prohibits pets or smoking.   The driveway can park up to four vehicles.
