Renovated and Ready Beautiful Beach Condo

Welcome to our Gulf Front Condo. The unit is on the 6th floor of Sterling Sands.
Enjoy this condo with its scenic views of the emerald green water and crystalline white sand. Our condo has been completely remodeled with new furnishings. Enjoy the ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. Our deluxe condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Both bedrooms have a TVs for your enjoyment and have updated mattresses for your sleeping comfort. The living room has a sofa queen bed with two rocking chairs for relaxation. The kitchen has been remodeled with white quartz counters and has updated appliances with three swivel chairs. The dining table can accommodate a party of 6. There is a full size washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.

This condo rents Saturday to Saturday during peak summer. We do not offer discounted long term rentals.

Access to the pool area, common areas and private beach is controlled by the association Each member of your party will have to purchase a wristband for a small fee from Sterling Sands Association. Beach Services are available behind the building for guest who are interested for a fee. The beach service also offers beach kayak and boogie board rental for a fee.

Our Condo does not allow guests to bring pets. There is also a no smoking policy both in the condo and on the balcony.

Sterling Sands is conveniently located near numerous attractions, dining options and shopping centers. Just a short walk is Merlin's Pizza, Liquor store, The Track(arcade-bumper cars), and Big Kahuna's Waterpark. Shopping areas include Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Many opportunities to go fishing, parasailing, dolphin tours, snorkeling tours, sunset tours and Pirate ship cruise.

We had a great stay over New Year's. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. I traveled with my husband and our three kids and it was the perfect setup for us with the bunk beds and extra bed in the second bedroom. The view was beautiful and we loved the easy access to the pool and beach. Also appreciated the prompt communication with the property manager. We hope to be back!

Cleaners from previous visitors could have been better. Found a pair of socks under the bed in the spare room. Found a liquor shooter bottle in the cushions of the pull out couch. Location and condo were great otherwise. Everything we needed and more. Best condo we've stayed at in destin so far

Third time staying at this condo

We love this condo. The location is fantastic and in close proximity to just about everything. I love that you can reserve your beach chairs and don’t have to get up early to put towels on some to hold them. Plus your chairs are in the same location every day. The condo is very comfortable. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Angie is fantastic to work with and communicates really well. We will definitely stay here again.

Good communication with owner up to our stay. Once we arrived we didn’t hear from them to check in with us until day 6 of 8, this was disappointing. The property was surface cleaned, but large amounts of dust were located on lights, fans, walls, doors. Some unpainted sections of walls, outlet plates missing, and hanging light fixture missing. Overall property was good, would stay at location again, probably a different unit. Did love the chairs and umbrellas set up each day on the beautiful white sand beach.

Great place in good location

Our stay was excellent. The home was set up nicely and had everything we needed. Location was within walking distance to many places and only a short drive to others. The beach was spectacular. Great stay!

Location is great. The facilities were good and the walk to the beach was nice & short. The condo was as listed and had what we needed. Cleanliness could have used some work- especially the master bathroom and dusting. The clothes dryer had a tendency to get strings stuck in it, and unfortunately ruined a bathing suit. Overall, we had a good time and enjoyed our stay, and would stay here again.

Perfect Views

Property is well maintained and tastefully decorated. Furniture is right sized unlike some other beachfront places we have previously stayed. Pool area is clean (and the pool is HEATED!) Great to have beach chairs and umbrella for our stay provided in the weekly rental. Well located in the heart of Destin beaches.

Great Condo in a Great Location

We have stayed at Sterling Sands for the last five years and it is our FAVORITE location! This unit was (by far) had the best stocked kitchen of all the ones we've ever stayed in. A handful of spices and/or nonperishable pantry goods (e.g., syrup, etc) plus laundry and dishwashing detergent was all available. Additionally there were loads of dishes, pans, cookie sheets, appliances, etc. The owner was very responsive to messages via VRBO app and text. Check in was a breeze, but if you've never stayed at Sterling Sands before you may find it a little confusing b/c the HOA has a process you must complete...that's beyond the property owner's control. It's not hard, but can be confusing for first timers. We will hands down be back...and most likely in this very same unit for years to come! Thanks for a great stay!!

Nice unit. Very well equipped with many extras. Quality look. Unit was great overall. One outlet in the kitchen left of the stove needs replacing. Only real issue was cleanliness. It looked fine but these were without questions the dirtiest floors I have encountered in many years of stays in this property and others in the area. That was years ago in a much lower quality property not one costing $3,000 for the week. Great property but poor cleaning service.
