I walked in and turned around and walked out. Unclean, disrepair in several areas. I contacted owner to see if Icould get refund. No answer.

Good place with good price

We stayed here for 6 nights. Check in was easy enough except we did not have the gate code. We contacted the host and were provided gate code within reasonable amount of time. The couch when it was pulled out was broken but there was an extra bed in master room so it worked ok. Overall good stay and reasonable proce.

We didn't have any problems with the neighborhood, everything was fine but it was an uncomfortable stay because the beds were all stained with something yellow like pee, we couldn't sleep in those beds because it was so disgusting and the kitchen sink was broken. They had put a container for dirty water that was dripping from the sink and it had many cockroaches.

Okay for what it is

Not within walking distance from any beach whatsoever. Walked around the property, and ended up finding a homeless person who gave me the gate code. The pools were green until the last day of our stay. My husband went into the office to ask when the pools were going to be fixed the guy said 15 min. It still was not fixed until 2 days later. We saw several homeless people walking the property. My husband had to maintenance the condo, uncloging kitchen sink, he unclogged the dryer which contain so much lint in the lint trap, and stuffed in clumps behind the lint trap that I'm suprised it didnt start a fire. It was super hot the entire stay (80°f) inside the condo. we had found filters but couldnt figure out where they went. Overall the atmosphere in the condo was nice. But we, amoung other vacationers, were really upset that the beach was NOWHERE near walking distance. We emailed the property owner through vrbo but never got a response.

Destin Condo

Condo was clean and comfortable. Master bed was very comfy. Shower was great. It took a long time to know how to get into parking lot because we couldn’t get the code to get in. Sleeper sofa didn’t pull out. Overall…. I was very satisfied!

Hmmmm.

Very unorganized when it comes to booking the room. Didn’t get to stay in the room we booked. Got put in a different unit that had people in it already. Then we get put in a smaller unit to what we booked and we had somebody come open our unit while we was there. Also didn’t even have any info to even get into the place, somebody else had to give me a code to get in the gates. Nobody was at the office the time of the arrival.
