Chateau La Mer II  Seascape #1101 is a bright, fun, tropical retreat! 

This Complete Remodeled 2 Bedroom - 2 Bathroom unit is located in the heart of Destin along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Chateau La Mer II is a beautifully landscaped, family-friendly complex situated in its own private community just off the popular Scenic Highway 98. A short walk away from Florida’s Emerald Coast and the famous “sugar sand”.

This recently updated two bedroom, two bath unit with everything you need for your beach vacation

Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with new mattress and private bath.
Second bedroom has a two queen beds with new mattresses.
Open living/dining room has plenty of room for entertaining and a sofa sleeper.
New large smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms.

Fully furnished kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and a secluded patio to round out your private retreat.

Linens are provided, but bring your own beach towels

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Beach Service Included - 2 Chairs and Umbrella
Beach service is from March 6th through October 25th 8 AM to 4 PM. 
 

Snowbird Season runs November thru March.. 
For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month) unless approved by management. Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee.

Great little place

Hello- we enjoyed the place. The smaller room could use a new bed as it dips in the middle, and the furniture is outdated for the price, but it felt clean enough. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

Beautiful Condo

For 2 years we have stayed for Spring Break in PCB and this year decided to switich to Destin. So happy to find this listing that fit what me and my family was looking for. The location is perfect, quiet, and very family oriented. The private beach plus umbrella and chair service made this property better then last years at PCB. Richard was wonderful with communication and check in was a breeze. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Kitchen needs improvement

The only issue was the cleanliness of the kitchen. You have to wash everything before using them. A filthy rag was found in a drawer and something sticky in a cabinet. Otherwise clean
