A dog under 30 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Southbay allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Beautiful 3BR, 2.5BA unit that is just steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This two-story unit has a fully furnished kitchen on the ground floor with a living room / dining area that has sliding glass doors out to the patio. Has flat screen 55 inch smart TV in the living room with a blu-ray player. First floor also has a half bath and a washer and dryer. The second floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and two guest bedrooms - one with a full size bed and the other with two twin size beds.

South Bay by the Gulf is a beautiful Gulf-front resort located in the heart of Destin. This spacious resort offers over 300 feet of beautiful, private beach. These 2 & 3 bedroom units have everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The first floor is home to a fully furnished kitchen, living room / dining room area, a half bathroom and a spacious patio. The second floor has the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each unit also has cable TV and a washer and dryer.



Complex amenities include a beautiful 5 acre freshwater fishing lake, 2 pools and 2 kiddie pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, beach volley ball, and BBQ pits.

There are world class restaurants and great shopping within walking distance the the complex.
