The spacious beach-facing balcony is perfectly furnished to allow for entertaining or dining while taking in spectacular views of the white sand beach and emerald waters. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances and all the cookware and dishware you could need for creating memorable meals.

The master bedroom has incredible beach views and private access to the beach-facing balcony. Complete with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private ensuite bathroom, the master bedroom was designed with relaxation in mind. The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the beach-facing balcony. The first guest bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two full beds and a flat-screen TV. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and the living area is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The VIew, The View…WOW. So Convenient in every way. The resort is well thought out and makes everything so easy. I would suggest for St. Marteen 503 some lounge chair cushions….maybe some beach towels. That’s about it. This place was so enjoyable. Highly recommend! (Master bath shower valve/handle needs adjustment)

The location is perfect, just walking distance to the beach and closed to other facilities.

We had a good time get away with families and friends. The property and the property management were prompt whenever we need something, and the check in and check out processes were easy and quick. Internet and cable TV were quick with available channels.

Good rental! It was clean and well stocked. We had our 9 and 5 year old grandkids with us and they loved how close it was to the beach and pool. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate for 3 of the 5 days.
