The room next to us was loud all night on Saturday night til 3 am. The toilet would not stop running we had to manually fix it every time. And when I opened the closet the air filter was coated in dust and had not been changed in a long time. I am on oxygen with breathing problems and it was not good for me at all. There were a few beetles crawling around and we squished. Staff said they checked us out when we left but they did not.

My room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Everything in the kitchenette was especially clean and it all worked. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I arrived a day early and was easily able to add another night to my stay. The staff was helpful. The location was perfect for my needs.

Front desk staff was friendly & efficient. Temporary shortage of housekeeping staff resulted in room not being serviced during 3-day stay. Continental breakfast met expectations.
