Overall, it was a pretty good stay. The front desk staff were professional and very personable. The location was great, close and walkable to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The room and bathroom were clean and the pool area was great. However the bathroom needed some repairs/ updates. The tub was stained, the sink and tub faucets leaked, the shower curtain was too long and bunched inside the shower, and the toilet wasn't sturdy.

We enjoyed our stay for the three nights we were there in Destin. The staff was great and super friendly and very welcoming. Our room was very clean and very comfortable.

First room we were in REEKED of marijuana. Gave horrible headache. Toilet was also messed up and kept running and was given the solution of making sure we lifted the handle back up after we flushed (this is Hilton standards??) Had to be moved to another room. Ice machine on 3rd floor didn't work for the first 4 days we were there, had to go to 2nd floor. Breakfast was blah. No meat, biscuits, gravy, waffles, scrambled eggs. Cold bagels and stale cereal. Bath tub water VERY slow to drain. Ended up standing in water while showering. Oh also, you have to ask for ice bucket at front desk, not automatically provided as with most hotels (even motels).

Property was clean. Not overly friendly desk staff, unlike some hotels we've stayed at. However, the maid and service staff were very friendly and kind. We did not stay for breakfast, as it was quite busy, but it was the weekend, so to be expected.

Restaurants and stores at walking distance!

Pool and hot tub area was very clean and enjoyable with plenty of towels to use. Bagel bar options in the morning were very delicious. AC blows very cold air. Highly recommended!

The room that I got was not the room that I booked via Expedia. I booked a studio with two Queen beds and a kitchenette. The room that I got was two bedrooms with a refrigerator in each bedroom, but there was no kitchenette. There was something wet in the bottom of the refrigerator when I got there. They did not have a lot of breakfast options. They had oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, juice, cereal, and bagels, but that was it.
